  1. When you take a payment using the app on an invoiced ticket.

    Automatically Close the ticket when it is invoiced and you take a payment through the app. Instead each time I get an email LATER to do it.

  2. Worksheet large textbox/memo field

    I have a worksheet which is a data transfer checklist on a computer repair, most options are tick boxes, but the last needs to be a "notes" field for any further data to transfer than arnt covered by the tick boxes. I know I can use a text field, but the visible area on the screen is tiny. Could you add a memo field which can hold more data and be more visible on the screen.

  3. Enable Authy 2FA Support

    Please add support for more 2 Factor Authentication services - namely Authy.

    This would be as simple as allowing us to see the long code that's represented by the QR code. Whether it's displayed in addition to the QR code, or maybe a small button to add manually.

  5. Add user-based invoice email reply notification option (just like for tickets).

    I am wondering why there is no checkbox or option in the notification center to only notify an invoice CREATOR of a reply to an emailed invoice? For example, the ticket notifications have an option for "Ticket - Someone replied to MY Ticket", which will alert whoever the ticket owner is to any further communication or replies. As it is now, we only have "Invoice - An Invoice email was replied to", which means any person who has this option checked will receive notifications about ANY invoice that was replied to, not one that they specifically created or sent out…

  6. Chronological and filterable ledger of all activity

    A "Dashboard" type page that shows all ticket activity in chronological order and can be filtered by various criteria such as job types, customers, dates, etc.

    As-is the Tickets page doesn't show quite enough at-a-glance info to get up to date on where all your jobs stand/what progress was made during the day.

  8. Change ticket charge amounts in app

    I use an iPhone and I'm trying to use the app. I make a ticket, tried to charge, and I can't change the values of each items unless I've added it in my inventory! Can't use the app! Need to have the amounts adjustable IN APP!

  10. Make Custom Asset fields hide-able from pdf the same way as custom ticket fields

    The {{assettable}} tag includes the 'Properties' column which basically collects all fields from a specific asset type.
    Some custom fields are used for internal reasons and are not only meaningless to customers but can even disclose unnecessary information and clutter the table.
    If those custom fields could be 'Hidden from PDF' - the same way it is possible for ticket custom fields, ti would be a simple way to customise the table without hard-coding an alternate {{asset
    table}}

  11. Change intake form so client can read Disclaimer while I'm entering other data.

    Here is how I am currently using RepairShopr:

    Client comes in and I do the intake form: 1. I fill out their details as a customer 2. While I am getting information off of the devices, I give them a hardcopy / printout of the Intake form disclaimer on my letterhead to read while putting in their device info. 3. I then have them digitally sign the intake form and I keep the hardcopy/printout they read while I was putting things in.

    Is there any way that I could do this better? I don't really want to make them fill…

  12. Employee Sales and Commission Report Totals

    One piece of information I need every month is total sales (including non-employee or recurring sales). We pay our employees a group commission instead of individually. I can't find a report that works to get the information I need outside of the eventually to be deprecated old Employee Sales and Commission Report because it provided those totals at the top.

    My request would be to 1) add non-employee (or recurring) sales to the options in the filter 2) put somewhere at the top Gross Sales, Hardware Expenses, Tax, and Net Income for all selected employees/non-employees in the shop. This would…

  14. Purchase order number & Supplier Dropdown list of suppliers when ordering a spare part

    We buy a lot of one off parts from the same supplier(s) for laptops e.g. screen hinges, plastics, keyboards etc for customer repairs, but when it comes to the accounts team reconciling the parts purchases, it wastes time because they dont know where we bought them from or what purchase order number was used to buy them. Can these be added? or if these 2 fields cant be added then maybe a better idea would be to tag a customers ticket id to a line purchase in the Purchase Order system.

    Or maybe suggest another way.

  15. It would be helpful to have more customization under security groups.

    I mostly want more reports to not require globe admin to be uses by any employee. I would like to see inventory stock out report. so my teach can know what to order better.

    It would be nice to have the ability to add blank lines in between line items. At times it's easier to read for some folks, instead of having a huge block of numbers and text.

  19. Allow invoice to add parts/labour from dropdown/category.

    The invoice screen seems to be missing the feature where you can drill down on the category and hit search to choose an item?
    It would be nice to replicate the way the inventory search works.

    As an example, lets say we have separate inventory items for 30 different types of Mac repairs (we might be doing this for reporting/Domo integration)
    How can the tech be expected to know what to search for, or what other type of repair meets the work they have actually done?
    Allowing them to search and narrow down by categories would be good.
