  1. Dashboard Not Customize All Custom Status

    The dashboard lets you customize the colors for the different ticket statuses, but it will only show 11 types when customizing the colors.
    If you have more statuses, like we do, you cannot customize any beyond this limit of 11.
    The dashboard needs to let you customize more statuses.

  2. Make the business name clickable wherever the person name is (i.e. invoices)

    It's evidently disconcerting to our team members to have to click on "(empty)". Just throws them for a loop every time. We have a lot of business contacts for whom there isn't a particular person that would be appropriate to list on the account, really, so there are a few of them like that. Or possibly if the name IS empty, THEN turn the business name into a hyperlink? (Seems like more work for you guys, though.) We could also do without "(empty)" at the beginning of search results.

  3. Updates to Stocktake

    can we suggest some improvements for stocktake?
    the scanning section needs to have the barcode and the lookup, next to each other, so if the barcode doesn't work you don't have to scroll up and down.
    also the lookup section - it would be great if once you have entered the QTY it reset and put you back ready to enter the next one.
    Stocktake reports...
    we need to be able to sort the items by qty difference and value difference. rather than have to scroll all the way through items that haven't changed.

  4. Combo Boxes in custom fields

    Would love to have combo boxes (dropdowns with the ability to manually type an item not in the list) as an input option in custom fields for Assets and Ticket Worksheets.

    This saves having to prepopulate certain dropdowns with long lists of uncommon/mostly-obsolete options while still able to enter them in rare instances when needed.

    OR (reversed scenario)

    Ability to enter text which is going to be different on most tickets, but also be able to hit the dropdown and choose one of a few different pre-selected options instead.

  5. Ticket status list - need to customize the status list to match our business.

    The default status items do not fit our business and we really want to delete those items and use only the ones that are relevant to our business. It's confusing to our customer service folks as to which status to pick.

    Also, the order of the list should be configurable.

  6. template cascading tag selection logic or, possibly, custom tags?

    For sake of, say, email templates, it would be nice if it could use just the first name (if present) or the business name (if no first name present) (if it's just easier to just make new tags, I suppose, like {{customer_billing_or_first_name}}). Or letting us make tags out of other tags, possibly.

    Or else, some way to allow us to cascade the options, like (({{customer_billing_name}}/{{customer_first_name}}/{{customer_business_name}})), to use the billing name else first name else business name. (I can imagine a few other instances where a cascade selection might be nice, too.)

  8. Download multiple invoices in RS/cust portal

    I have a client who sends around 10-20 repairs a week and is on account for around 60days. They are wanting to bulk download all the invoices in the portal , I dont believe there is a way to do this without going into each individual invoice.

  11. hide ticket automations

    The ticket automations are ok, but they don't work all that well for allowing users to see the actual important information in ticket threads.

    It would be crucial to be able to hide the ticket automation automated posts since those are just system log info that we don't need.

    It makes it very difficult to actually read the tickets when the info is buried in the 'system log' readouts of the automations dumping text in the tickets.

  13. Allow Different Rates in Time Clock

    We have different rates for techs, sales, etc. We also have in-store and on-site rates. It would be cool to see an option of assigning certain rates to employees and allowing them to select their rate for clocking in. Right now we have to use a combination of RepairShopr and Toggl for tracking in-store and on-site hours.

  15. Generate and send time clock reports to a specified email.

    I have found it really silly that I have to generate a time clock report, save it, and then email it it to my accountant every week. Time is money. I understand we could make the accountant a time clock admin but most accountants do not want to deal with that. It would be great if we could schedule a report to auto email employee hours weekly, bi-weekly, etc. and have the option to setup a message to go along with it every week.

  16. Have option to create inventory item from repair tickets

    Hey guys it would be great if we can directly create inventory items for Tickets that are created. We do a lot of repair tickets but then have to go to inventory then add all the credentials once again. IMEI Photos etc.
    I think it would streamline the process for everyone who does in house refurbs.

  17. Allow sorting reports

    It looks like sorting is a rather large pain point here. I would like to add that sorting the reports on the admin screen would be a huge help. Currently, I have to export the report then edit the timestamp because it prints as a text field with the day first. This sets the field as an alpha sort and it's a tremendous amount of work to reformat the timestamp as a real value. If at least there could be valid date and time fields that would help. Ty!

  18. add next button to inventory item page

    Add a "next " or "Next Item" button to individual inventory item pages, allowing you to move to the next item without having to go back to the main list. This will make the workflow of updating inventory items much easier.

  19. Allow us to add an approval check box that can face the customers in tickets

    Would it be possible to add a feature where we can allow a checkbox or
    button to the customer side of the ticket? It would be great if this could
    change the ticket from not approved to approved status. But even if its
    just an update that would be fine for us.
    If not what about putting an option for the worksheets to face the
    customer? In the worksheet we have a drop down for approved or not
    approved. But on the customer side it only shows the worksheet name and
    question?

  20. Change tax rate for recurring invoices

    I noticed you can't change the sales tax type for recurring invoices. Please add the option similar to the current invoices for this.
