  1. Leads mailbox sms turn on and off per mailbox

    We have mailboxes setup for support for customers to email for help. We want them to txt our techs... We also have our website contact form going to a mailbox and we have a voicemail mailbox for our VoIP phone system to deposit the voice mails... I would like to have a backup mailbox to have these notifications to go to. But there is no way we can have that many txt messages going off all the time....   2. Better Remote Assistance flow in Tickets

    Have ScreenConnect Session now available in ticket area, but it would be great if:
    1. Combine function of "Create ScreenConnect Session" and "ScreenConnect Supporter Link" Why can't single button open the app and create the support instance?
    2. Having something that clicking "Send to Customer" would automatically email the customer the link/code to connect and generate a line item in the ticket.

    Process seems a little more then it needs to be.

  3. Option to open Dashboard by default

    It would be helpful to be able to choose in Settings the option to open the Ticket Dashboard by default when clicking on the "Tickets" tab.

  4. Right Click Custom Search

    We often have to look for parts from different suppliers. I wanted a way to keep from having to type things a lot and also a way that, once we found the part number once, we could easily search multiple distribution points. We use Google Chrome so I downloaded the "Context Menu Search" Add-on to Google Chrome from here https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/context-menu-search/ocpcmghnefmdhljkoiapafejjohldoga?hl=en.   5. Payment method assigned Quickbooks account

    It would make things a lot easier if you could assign the Quickbooks account to each payment method. Quckbooks online does not have this feature yet.

  6. Create recurring invoices ONLY if there is an amount due.

    It would be great to have a setting to only create a recurring invoice if there is unpaid line items/amount due.

  8. Make customer automation

    It would be nice to trigger events on specific customer tasks. i.e. When a customer signs up for our monthly service subscription. Trigger welcome email, change their customer type, etc...

    since you are rolling out IOS and Android apps, Air print seems like a good logical step. Being able to print ticket labels from the field and in the shop from our mobile RS devices would be a help.

  10. Inventory Categories need more intuitive editor!

    Yikes - the way we have to edit Inventory Categories is really awkard and clunky. It's impossible to add a bunch of categories quickly, I get update errors and have to refresh the page, then collapse each level so I can see the one I'm working on more easily. I realize this might be a big change, but it would be SO much easier to have the option to 'add new category' from the category drop-down list in the Inventory item screen, or just a more intuitive, cleaner interface. The current system drives my OCD batty.

  11. Allow the ability to grant permissions to groups to edit Ticket Issue Type and Ticket Custom Fields.

    I would like the ability for another one of my techs, who is exposed to the day to day residential tickets to be able to add / edit the Ticket Issue Types and Ticket Custom Fields. It is a tedious process, and I do not have the time nor the direct exposure to the bench work any longer to know what needs to be there for my technicians.

    In short, please make this a group-assignable permission.

  13. Add Notification Center Event when a Marketr Campaign runs

    It would be very helpful if there was a way to notify certain users when a Marketr Campaign runs.

    We have a Marketr template that emails customers when their Anti-Virus or other subscription is expiring; we also would like for a staff member to call the customer and follow up as well.

    Perhaps an event option in the Notifications Center for "Marketr - Campaign ran" that we can activate to notify a group of Users when the Expiration Renewal Marketr campaign runs?

  15. LINK Customer Purchases and Payment Payout to Customer Detail Page and Tickets

    We almost always reference the Customer Detail page before making any ticket/invoice/payment to verify there is nothing old that needs to be completed. The Customer Detail page contains all related data of every person in our database, so it's generally our most visited page for each customer. The only thing missing from this record of customer purchases and the payouts for said purchases.

    Please add a Customer Purchases section to the Custom Detail page, and link any equipment purchases and the record of payment payout. We want to know how much money we're billed AND paid out to every customer,…

  16. Cancel Recurring Invoices On Edit Screen

    While viewing a recurring invoice, I should be able to not only pause it, but also cancel it.
    If I'm at a customers page and click Recurring Invoices, and then click on the invoice to view/edit it, I'm only able to edit or pause once there. I then have to co to invoices, recurring invoices (or Admin, recurring invoices) in order to cancel it.

  17. Session lock / PIN Login Suggestions

    It is really nice to be able to have our RS session time out on just certain computers. Before the May 27 changes, we were using the "Custom JavaScript" Chrome extension and a short and sweet script to accomplish this.

    This solution worked pretty well to remind our employees to switch users. For our application, it was nice that you could click out of the Switch User pop-up if you needed to, and it wouldn't lose your progress on anything.

    When dealing with companies we usually have a single point of contact for tech issues. But a different person for getting invoices. I see the Invoice CC emails option but I don't want the technical contact getting ANY invoices.
