  1. Purchase order cost view

    We have our cost in the inventory view not visible to our technicians. This is great but when in the purchase order, if they insert the part, it will show the part cost. It would be great to have the option for the part cost in the purchase order to not be visible.

  2. Add search option for the inventory screen to organize the items by the order they were added into inventory.

    I need to be able to search for items by the order that they were added into the system so we can keep track of them better.

  3. Fix bug which prevents changing customer on invoice

    When attempting to change the customer on an invoice that I have just created, instead of changing the customer it adds a separate box for "Ticket Customer (job)" even though there is no repair ticket on it and additionally it still shows the original customer selection in both boxes.

  5. Intake and Completion Signature Box Pop Up

    As per a previous discussion, we feel that there are opportunities to miss out signing both jobs in and out of RS.

    One way to fix would be to make it a required entry, or better still, force a pop up box requesting you to take the signature. This would happen after clicking a CONFIRM TICKET button, and then just before TAKE PAYMENT at the Invoice stage.

  6. Expand Inventory Reports with additional filter system

    We need to be able to filter our inventory reports by location, cost, value, order quantity, etc... the inventory section for reports is very slim and the inability to filter the report is frustrating.

  9. Link customer purchases to the customer overview screen

    It would be great to see customer purchases that we've made showing on the customer over screen. We could then see at a glance if we've purchased something from a customer without having to go to the customer purchase tab and then search.

  10. Allow for Cash Rounding

    Here in New Zealand our smallest coin value is 10cents. If we have a product for say $10.99 and we apply a cash payment it expects $10.99 cash in, rather than $11.00

    Would be great to allow an auto rounding facility for specific payment types ie cash and vouchers etc.

  12. Purchase Order Cloning to a different location

    You can currently clone a PO however you cannot change the location of the cloned PO. We have a starting parts inventory for each location and being able to clone my existing purchase order to a new location would save a lot of time by not having to re-type it. Seems like it would be a simple change to implement

  13. Add update log to customer purchases

    It would be helpful to be able to see which one of my employees made a customer purchase when looking it similar to the inventory and ticket update log. The Customer Purchase report does not show that information either. Other helpful information to add to the main Customer Purchases page would be the same ID number given in the Customer Purchases report.

  14. Notification Center - Time schedule for alerts

    These notifications are very nice to have but something I would like to suggest is to have the ability, by group or tech, to schedule the times of day they will/will not be sent out.

    For Example, Techs don't need to get text messages out side business hours for updates on tickets. Of course they can log in an check those if needed but don't need to be disturbed outside of work with these kinds of things.

    This could also tie into allowing access to RSr in general outside work hours. For example...each tech could have access during their work…

  17. POS Cash and Card Refinements

    Whilst taking a payment in POS module, we have noticed something different than if you Take Payment from an Invoice.
    If using card you have to manually key in the amount (unlike via Invoice method which automatically puts it in). This opens up opportunity for errors in keying in incorrectly.

    So, with a card, have it automatically put in the full amount.

    Also, with Cash. Have buttons that can be clicked for common note demominations such as 5, 10, 20, 50 etc. Again just to streamline and reduce any error opportunities.

  18. Bundle Items Recurring removal

    Would it be possible to automatically remove the items from the invoice when creating the recurring invoice? Instead of getting a message saying that it can't be added. For example, Bundle item A and item B get invoiced. Item B needs to be setup for recurring invoices but we can not make the recurring invoice from that invoice because of Bundle item A. Instead, we have to go to invoices, recurring invoices, and select new. Then fill out the contact information. This is not problematic for 10 a month, but doing a 100-200 a month, this becomes cumbersome quickly.

  19. link the description in the returns manager to a note/description in original return

    We need a way for the person doing the return to give a reason for the return. It would help a lot for the person reviewing the returns manager.

    Simplest way would be to add a "description" in the original return that then shows up under "description" in the returns manager.

  20. Single Page Kiosk Mode or Self Services (Enhancement 2)

    Hi repirshopr team,

    my customers and I love the Self Services option.
    But it needs more options.

    I quote here:
    When a customer checks-in and a ticket is created through an actual kiosk the ticket field is limited to "issue" only and doesn't have the ability to include other relevant and useful fields such as device passcode, device type, etc at time of intake.
