Returns or RMA and Refund Tracking
The hardest thing to keep up with is Sending parts back and have we received the refund yet. I think something like the parts screen with a few extra fields would be awesome. We would like to track, Auction Number, Website we purchased from, Order number, RMA Number, Case Number, Return Tracking Number, Mark if its a Replacement or Refund. And then when we get the refund we could mark it Refunded or when we get the replacement part we could mark it replaced, and then when you mark refunded or replaced it would disappear like the arrived box does on the parts screen.

I would like to know if you request a credit from the Vendor and it is accepted, is it then applied to that Vendor so that the next Purchase Order you do for that Vendor show that you have a credit amount sitting there?

How about RMA for our customers/tickets?
Sometimes even the best professionals needs to redo a work, a part broke within guarantee etc. Is there a way to use the RMA to track this?Anyone solved this without new function maybe? Would be nice to create a new ticket based upon another so we can track returns from customers, see old ticket comments in the new etc...

It also needs to have a function where it can auto generate an RMA number to track the part. Then after you submit the RMA you can print a slip to leave with the part so if you are doing bulk returns it is easily identifiable.

This has been recently implemented in the RMA center. I'm not sure if everyone can see it, but it looks great!
