Turn On/Off Customer Portal, or at least define what they see.
There are some areas in the Portal that we will not be using, and thus don't want to confuse our clients. It would be great to be able to turn off the portal altogether, or at least be able to decide what we do and don't want clients to see.
You can use the Customer Portal Permissions to customize what your client can see in the Portal. Check out the KB for more info on that!

I believe this is now a current feature as well as being able to decided what they see. The API also allows for you to develop your own customer portal

FYI, RS has an API which you could use to me a totally custom client system/portal.

I also need to switch off invoices in the customer portal.

I would love this feature! We currently invoice through another program (hopefully switching to RepairShopr soon), but at the moment we cannot use portals as we don't want the invoice total to say $0.00 at the top. Please remedy!
