Rearrange Ticket Status
On the ticket detail where you can click Status and a drop down appears, would like the ability to change the order of that list. The order should match our workflow.
Good news! A couple weeks back, we added the ability to sort Ticket Statuses. No need to delete and re-add them all any longer.

I'm glad that I'm not the only one who thinks this should be an available option. We've got about 10 different potential Ticket Statuses and I'm about to delete them all and order them correctly from scratch. It's not a huge deal, but it would be nicer to be able to just adjust the order.
My staff is asking for this also.
