Agree. There is not enough emphasis on reporting that can be used to support billing. As Terry said, it should be date selectable, and show any *charges* on the tickets, and most importantly grouped by Ticket #.

There should be a selection for Date range or Last Month. It should show a brief ticket discription for each ticket that is open for that time period. and current time spent on each ticket and the status of that ticket spent that month for that customer there should also have a summary of total tickets opened and resolved. It would also be nice to have the number of billable hours and non-billable hours.
