We shipped this to everyone today as part of our new MSP Add On.
This gives you a whole suite of new tools specifically geared toward MSPs.

The real money would be if we could sync IT Glue step-by-step documents into RS worksheets.

I don't want ALL my customers to sync, so I would need to choose which ones (maybe it only syncs those that are ALREADY in IT Glue. I would then like there to be a button in the RS interface under the customer page that would take me directly to the customer's documentation page in IT Glue. I'm not sure it would be help to have it sync configurations (IT Glue's term for assets), but I'm sure some would find that beneficial.

I know that RS does some documentation but IT Glue is years ahead and an integration would be incredible.

Make sure contacts sync as well. That's a big pain point for us having to create them in IT Glue and Repair Shopr separately.

Agreed - And also would like to see Contact sync.
ITGlue has lots of integrations, I bet it could be a collaborative (between RepairShopr and ITGlue) effort if enough of us were behind it. -

yes! - We are in IT glue heavily throughout our day - There should be quick links to the related customers from Tickets and Assets should sync to configurations.

Any word on this? ITGlue already integrates with NinjaRMM and Slack, so it would be amazing to have it integrate full circle for us with RepairShopr as well.

itglue.com is quickly becoming a big part of our daily use. An integration of even just client information (name, phone number, etc.) would be extremely helpful! www.itglue.com
