  1. Add "view" rights for Vendors in Security Groups

    Hey guys,

    I was starting to make a big document called "Account Numbers" for all of the companies we use (rent, cable, distributors, etc) for the managers of our stores to be able to query in case of an emergency. Then I realized I was just transcribing all the info from "Vendors" in RS. This is a tool that specific users could benefit from, and it would save me from having to update information in 2 places all of the time.

    Can you please add view and edit options for the vendors page in RS? I would add the view…

  3. Add estimate # to customer portal

    Just realized we've always been contacting customers and informing them about the differences between the multiple estimates we make. However, it just came to our attention that customers have no way to reference an estimate number on the customer portal. They have to look through every single one (sometimes 10+ if there are multiple tickets) to find the one we are referencing.

    Can you please add the estimate number in portal view like there is for tickets and invoices. Not sure why this was never added?

  4. Allow different reorder points for different locations

    I have multiple stores and each of the three need different amounts of inventory at each location. There needs to be an option to have different reorder points for each location.

  6. Call field jobs "appointments" in the automated emails that go out to customers

    We often do remotes and in shop meetings and service that need to be scheduled on the calendar. When those are created an automated email goes out as a reminder to the customer. These things are great but they say "Field Job" which is very confusing for our customers that are coming to us or that have a remote appointment. Is there a way to change the wording on the automated confirmation emails so that they say appointment rather than field job?

  7. Ticket POS

    Under the tickets menu, add/view charges, Can you add a UPC code section? Currently, we can not scan items for ticket service orders. This will be very helpful in maintaining inventory stock.

  8. Add a "Hide resolved" tick box to the tickets view

    We do managed services for big clients, and we don't invoice per ticket. Its an all you can support kinda thing. Hiding invoiced is nice, but having the option to hide both resolved and invoiced tick.

  9. Live Ticket Counter/Queue Counter

    It would be great if there was a feature for having a live ticket counter on display on a TV in our store, counting up tickets everytime we create a new one.

    Is there possibly an embedded link we can use for something like this? Would look great, and help to explain to customers that there device will be in a queue.

  11. POS Till counting Screen

    Require that a "0" be entered in EVERY space so that if someone accidently hits the enter button, it doesn't close or open the till. Even better... have another screen that will ask you to confirm the count to close/open the till

    Thank you for this suggestion! In a recent update we’ve added the Location column to the Customer Purchase Report.

  14. D7 integration

    Can you add additional reports to the Ticket Computer reports? Not just the info report, but other reports like malware logs or any report or log in the Reports and Malware folders for d7. This will enhance customer service and keep a log of everything done to computer

  16. Brandable ticket program

    It would be nice to have something we can install on our clients computer that runs in the bottom right hand corner where the user can double click on it and it would bring them to their profile where they can create their own tickets.

    I feel like if we were able to have something running on a customers computer (particularly business clients) that they could make their own ticket from we would generate a significantly higher amount of tickets, thus more jobs, thus more revenue.

    Currently we use screen connect, which is completely brandable and installs on the customers…

  17. Z-Report

    Can you change the Total Sales on the Z-Report to Total Payments? This makes much more sense for the day. Also, could you add a Daily Invoices section? For all invoices created from opening to closing? Then have the Daily Invoice Taxes below? This way, we get total payments plus the total expecting payments for the day on the same report.

  19. Ticket timer in ticket, Not a popup

    It would be great if the ticket timer and comments section could be combined.

    At the moment, in order to update the customer and charge the ticket i have to double enter the information into the comments section and the the ticket timer.

    The ticket timer (when enabled) should be an add on to the comment. So when you type in a comment you can also pick time and labour rateto add. This then will show up on the invoice.
