  1. Setup to allow discounts to be added by product group to a customer group. Eg laptops cost+5% to all customers set as reseller.

    We need options to add doscounts by group and product range. Both rrp less % and cost plus.

  2. Right Click Custom Search

    We often have to look for parts from different suppliers. I wanted a way to keep from having to type things a lot and also a way that, once we found the part number once, we could easily search multiple distribution points. We use Google Chrome so I downloaded the "Context Menu Search" Add-on to Google Chrome from here https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/context-menu-search/ocpcmghnefmdhljkoiapafejjohldoga?hl=en.   3. Add option to attach ticket when emailing invoice under invoice detail

    When you are emailing the invoice under the invoice detail page, you have the drop down to add more things into the email, but no way to add them. A nice place to put this would be righ there. Add a option to email whatever else is linked under this invoice such as the ticket and all it's details, estimate, etc. That way it can all be sent in one email vs two.

  4. Dashboard / Screensaver for RS

    How about making the main screen time out and revert to a live dashboard that refreshes say every minute. Then when a tech/user goes to login to RS it allows that screen to be bypassed and returns to normal. Then times out after a period of time.

  5. Disable payment methods

    We need the ability to disable to remove payment methods for individual clients. We don't want to take a check from a client who has bounced one in the past (And they eventually paid up.), but we would still take cash or credit. We don't want to disable this for everyone though.

  8. PROPER Payments Report with FILTERS for Location, Date Range, and Payment Type

    Are we the only ones who believe /payments/ is NOT a report? We need a fully functional report much like the Gateway Reconciliation report, but which shows ALL payment types, including Cash, Checks, Credit Cards, and other custom payment types.

    Ideally it would have filters for individual (or multiple) locations, date periods (including custom ranges), and individual (or all) payment types.

    Currently, the "Payments report" in /reports/ just links you to /payments/, which is almost completely useless from an auditing and reconciling standpoint.

  9. Add refunded to Invoice/receipt PDF/Receipt.

    Add refunded to Invoice/receipt PDF. We have clients that are required to submit a refunded/returned invoice for accounting purposes. However when sending them their invoice, it shows the amount paid, not if it has been refunded or returned.

    Also would like to be able to show partial refunds, or if part of the invoice has been refunded.

  11. Better Remote Assistance flow in Tickets

    Have ScreenConnect Session now available in ticket area, but it would be great if:
    1. Combine function of "Create ScreenConnect Session" and "ScreenConnect Supporter Link" Why can't single button open the app and create the support instance?
    2. Having something that clicking "Send to Customer" would automatically email the customer the link/code to connect and generate a line item in the ticket.

    Process seems a little more then it needs to be.

  12. Services billed monthly for a certain number of months

    I have a training business that I sell packages to customers in 2 month, 3 month and 6 month installments.

    I am not sure if repairshopr can do this functionality. I want to be able to sell a customer a monthly package. Take payment for the 1st month and then bill them monthly for 2, 3 or 6 months depending on the package they bought.

    Is this possible?

  13. UPGRADE Recurring Tickets to Allow Creation WITHOUT an Existing Ticket

    Ticket Schedules are next to useless right now. We REALLY want to use the feature, but there are a ton of missing parts needed to make them something we can use, including:

    1. A security group to allow users access to the module!?
    2. The ability to create a new ticket schedule without an existing template.
    3. After creating a schedule from a Ticket, return us to the Ticket Schedule page to finish setup!
    4. Allow us to change/edit the initial comment for the Schedule.
    5. Option to set who "created" the Schedule, vs who will be the "assigned" tech.

  16. Add "Last Quarter" to the SALES TAX REPORT

    In the US, we pay quarterly sales tax in the month following the end of the quarter. So, it would be great to have the option of selecting "Last Quarter" on the SALES TAX REPORT so that I do not have to enter in a custom range each time.

  17. Add notes for Manual items on Invoices or Estimates.

    We do a lot of one-off parts with our customers. When adding a manual item it would be nice to have a hidden field where we could put notes or URLs. Currently I'm using Tax Notes to accomplish this in the short term but it would be nice to have a dedicated or properly titled space to put notes. Alternatively an easier way to link parts to a estimate would be good.

  18. Add attachments to Payments

    Hey folks, in Xero I always used to scan copies of checks I've received (80% of my payments are checks) so that I could use them later for accounting verification and reconciliation. Could was please have a spot for adding attachments to Payments so I can scan my checks in?

    This is such a great feature. So many things that can be done to make things work better with automation.

    Something that would be handy, would be if when making a ticket automation to add a public comment, you could choose already existing canned text there.

  20. add a filter and daily payment report snapshot to the View Payments screen under invoices

    It would be very helpful to have a time filter on the "View Payments" screen that is accessible from the "Invoices" page. This in addition to a quick view of the payment methods with totals similar to the daily payment reports screen would be extremely helpful for quickly seeing where a store is at for the day.
