  1. Add Change Client to Ticket Automation

    We receive email notifications from Datto and BitDefender that come in and are not assigned to a client.

    Based on the content of the originating email, I could easily set the client for each ticket. But that is not an available choice.

    If I get ten threats detected over a weekend, I have to come in on Monday and manually set each and every client and contact.

    It's absolutely not scalable.

    Please allow us the ability to change the client on a ticket based on data contained within the original email support request.

  2. Create a "Free Text" field for Custom Fields

    Is it possible to have a "Free Text" custom field type that we can edit right there on the ticket page without the need to click Edit, then make your change, then click Save every time?

    As an example, we have a very large workshop and need to track the physical location of items quickly & easily. In a single day, we can have a watch pass through 7 different storage locations with some techs having 30-40 watches passing through their hands.     I'm just experimenting and this may fit what I want to do, but I can't spend 550/year at this point. From your side though this would be good also as eventually some businesses do grow

  5. Refunds in commission reports

    When I pull monthly commission reports, the refunded invoices are not listed. Employees get paid on those sales. Even worse, if they refunded a invoice and did a new one, they get paid on both of them. This flaw has cost me over a thousand dollars out of pocket until I discovered it. Now I have to do a refund report for the month and manually add it to each employee.   6. Making State/Province field in customer address able to untick and set as not required

    In the UK we most likely do not use county names as many of popular counties have a bit long and annoying to type names, like "Cambridgeshire" or "Greater Manchester". We mainly rely on postal code, city and street address to get the proper address details. My proposal is to just change this particular field property to be able to untick it as required.   7. Customer Portal Permissions - Credentials Delete/Edit/New

    Customers can only "View All" and "View Mine" on credentials marked public, but are unable to update or add new entries.

    Please add these options to Customer Portal Permissions:
    Credentials - Delete
    Credentials - Edit
    Credentials - New

    All new entries made by Customer can be listed as Public, but this way they can share passwords with MSP in a secure manner.

  8. {{asset name}} Using this to auto fill templates, can we make it work with multiple assets on one ticket?

    What I would like is to use {{Asset Name}} to send text messages or emails like "Hi Customer Name your iPhone X is ready"
    Though when they have more then one asset on a ticket could we make it, "Hi Customer name your iPhone X and iPhone 8 is ready"

    Add a function that allows us to Spiff pay per client. I use 1099 sales rep and they get paid recurring per client they are monthly RMM clients. In Novemberish/December a post requesting this had a high amount of votes and comments and now it is gone

  10. Link Inventory Products to Repairs within Repair Widgets

    An ability to link Inventory Products within a Repair Widget.

    A customer requires a repair to a Phone, they visit a webpage, displaying the widget. They're then able to pick a repair i.e. Broken Screen an at the same time see the cost of that repair while booking in, streamlining processes.

    I've seen other repair companies offering this service through their Management System.

  11. Printing multiple Ticket receipts at the same time

    After registering clients repairs, i would like the option of having a checkbox beside the clients names (in the Tickets window) to be able to mark and print out ticket receipts of those specific clients (with marked checkboxes).
    This will eliminate going to every client and going through 5 steps to print out a ticket receipt. It is very labor intensive - and a waste of time that can be easily overcome by having the checkbox system.

    WHEN CREATING A NEW TICKET, COULD YOU INSTALL A PRINT OPTION - STRAIGHT AFTER CREATING THE TICKET.
    AFTER CREATING A NEW TICKET, WE HAVE TO GO THROUGH 5 DIFFERENT AREAS/OPTIONS BEFORE WE CAN ACTUALLY PRINT OFF THE TICKET RECEIPT - IT BECOMES VERY LABORIOUS AND FRUSTRATING, ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU HAVE MANY CLIENTS LINED UP.

  13. Allow us to set certain labor items to NOT subtract from prepay hours.

    We track labor time for many different internal reasons to see how much time we are using on a ticket. Sometimes, that is not actually billable. In order to use the labor reports, we have created some labor items that have a $0 charge associated with them. We have a 'no charge', 'RMM labor', "managed exchange labor' and so on. Problem is, when we use these labor types, they deduct from the pool of prepay labor that customer has. So, we end up using time we shouldn't, or we are not accurate in our tracking.

  14. Inventory Product Analysis-Show product history IN and OUT

    To audit a product/sku (see a products history in and out by date) - I have to manually add the totals from all Purchase Orders- then manually count the SOLD invoices from Product Instances. The export to CVS feature should have a qty field so a auto-sum could quickly add them. Most desired is a Export to CVS or Report listing a product/sku Begining with On hand total then a list showing Dates Received and Sold together sorted by date- You can see the history of the product flowing in and out. Very helpful to us when looking for errors.

  15. Bring all parts order info through to the e-mailed notification

    When a part order is made, I get an e-mail to order the part. Problem is, the email only carried through the URL of the part, nothing else useful. I would like the e-mail to include ALL information in the part order including description, URL, quantity, cost, price, what kind of shipping they want, etc. Also, it should have a link direct back to the ticket and part order, not just the customer page and parts module.

    Finally, if a change is made, then another email with the highlighted change should come through.

  16. Please make lists alphabetically sortable

    Hello,

    I have requested this several times and here I go again. I'm speaking specifically about the Device Repair Widget. When I create a new widget device, I would like the options list to be sorted alphabetically. I'm always coming up with new problems to add and I would like it to be sorted appropriately after being added to the list. This would also give customers who use the widget a cleaner, easier way to find their specific problem they are having with their PC rather than looking through a mess of problems in random order.     I love how customizable the worksheet are but they are a pain to build. I know you can clone the entire list, but it would be nice to be able to clone each drop down question and just rename it.

  18. Add Inventory to Stock Take Lists via

    I have stock take lists created for various sections of the store.

    When im adding in inventory, i would like a feature to be able to add it to a stock take list as well from with in the product window.

    Now what i am doing is adding the inventory and then adding it to the stock take list manually, to be able to avoid missing an item off the list, i think it would be handy to be able to see and do this from the product page.

  20. Add invoice aging to scheduled reports

    I would love to be able to automatically send me the invoice aging report every Friday. We currently use the invoice reminders feature, but when the open invoice goes past 60 days it needs to be called on.
