Allowing the admins to edit the time clock stamp of their employee or delete the time clock stamp.

If not – maybe add yourself as a “timelog admin” in Administration, Users, that box is there so you can have supervisors able to modify records without making them a real administrator.

I'm starting up my computer repair business (again). I love the 30 free tickets a month but what happens if I get busier in 3 months and have 40 tickets? There's no in-between pricing - either 30/free or over 30/$99 per month. Just a thought.

Integrate a bar code to the invoice system
It would be awesome to have a bar code integrated , i happen to have some code on it. if you would like it just email me.
Its from mymeejoo.com , I had bought their tracker but they didn't finish it.5 votesI added another barcode label for customer, so you can print a tag to place on their machine and scan to pull them up.

non-tax invoice
System seems stable, although a bug was found: when you go into the invoice settings after creating the invoice and setting the invoice non-taxable doesn't remove the tax from the invoice.

Currency Options
I think that there should be an option to change currency. I live in Pakistan and one US buck = 97 Pakistani bucks. It can get rather too cumbersome to keep calculating from US to PKR and PKR to US$

Add an Inventory Quota
Need an editable field for specifying expected amounts in inventory. If the Quantity drops below this then it will turn red.

Add problem to new ticket form
When you are creating a ticket it could ask for the problem on that screen, so it isn't 2 steps to create a proper ticket
