    Hi Troy.

    Repairshopr specially for whoever involving on repair and service business,
    so Technician report is important on this. we need to get sales report by technicians. by daily,weekly monthly we need to take report of every technician.

    How many tickets resolved,cancelled,not repaired and details.

  5. SPIFF (Commission) Tracking

    I offer our techs a SPIFF (Commission) on certain services we sell. For example we offer managed antivirus and each time a tech sells a subscriptions he gets $5.00 at the end of the month.

    It would be nice if on the items inventory page there was a check box and text field that would allow me to a. - Check if it is a SPIFF item & b. - allow me to type in the dollar amount ($5.00 varies by services) and then have reporting related to those two options.

    This is ready for beta testers, look for the Spiff link on the admin nav to setup a spiff.

  6. Add job time tracking

    Would be great if we had a timer we could start and stop so that we can track actual amount if time spent on each ticket.
    We currently use the free version of Toggl so would be great if we could do this directly in repairshopr.

    every time i edit a line it refreshes and everything moves around and ends up in the same spot. it wastes time a second or two every click. interface should stay steady like in quickbooks.

  8. easy editing

    as in quickbooks, you dont have to click save every time you edit a line... and when selecting from the dropdown you should also use the dropdown within the line items as in quickbooks, much easier and faster, also enable to remove tax after creating the line with the tax checked.

  9. IP Whitelist

    this feature is to whitelist a certain IP or IP ranges to access Repairshopr.

    troy has implemented the time clock in/out. it's very good, except that it can be accessible by anyone with internet (even when they are not in my premises)

    the function of the IP whitelist is so that my staffs can clock in/out when they are in my premises only.

  10. Remove Individual Name when business client.

    Make so at the customer creation screen, you can select if its a business or individual. If its a business do not require a First/Last name of a person.

    As it is now it requires the first/last and then that name appears on everything in the system. I don't want an individual name to appear on anything when it is a commercial client. That includes any labels, invoices, estimates, Tickets, etc.

  11. Better Multi-store Inventory Control Features

    It would be nice if we could add an inventory or service item to the system and then specify the count at each location. And then when we look at inventory items or reports it would show us one item and the counts at each store.

    As it is now we have to add the same item 3 times (once for each store) and there is no correlation between them.

  12. Add functionality to prioritize or flag tickets that need work ASAP

    A way to flag a ticket as URGENT (highlighting the line on the tickets list) would be great. We get work in that needs to be prioritized based on customer's needs. We also have a SKU for rush work that moves customer's to the top of our priority list.

  13. Dollar Values in Cash Register Out/In

    It would be nice if the cash out and in for the registers would show a total (Ie: $0.25 | 4 | $1.00 on the quarters line). Also a line at the end for checks would be great.

  14. Ticket Labels (A label with asset+ticket+customer info)

    When in a ticket and adding parts it would be nice to be able to print out part labels. It would print out on 2 1/4 x 4" label and include customer's last name, first initial, ticket number, part number with description, and serial number of the device(computer). Whether you are allocating a part or when an ordered part comes in you print out the label and attach. When a tech is ready to do the repair they would be able to get the customer's computer and match the allocated parts for that repair. It would also have a bar…

    I’ll just point this out again, because the interface is super confusing at the moment -

    When you enable this on your Printer, in Apps, Cloud Print, (label printer) -

    When you are on a Ticket Detail page – the “Print Ticket” button will start this job, NOT the “Print Label” button.

  15. Add a discount field for inventory items

    Having the option to modify the price of an item via a column %discount wil be great for customer invoices.

    Would like to see the ability to create a ticket directly from customers assets. This way it would cut down on the time spent filling out a ticket for a device or asset we already have all the info for.

  18. Ability to schedule appointments with non-customers or without a ticket (like a vendor or non-income meeting)

    Sometimes we need to block time out of the schedule for things like interviews or meeting with a potential vendor, or 'personal time' on the calendar. Can we have the ability to schedule things that are not attached to a ticket or customer?

  20. Petty Cash

    At times I have a need for making petty cash transactions (window washing, purchasing shop items from local stores, etc.) and the cash for these is pulled from my register. These transactions are not documented in the system so the register is off at the end of the night when this happens. A petty cash option would resolve this.
