  1. UK Supplier Catalogs

    I see that you're looking at adding supplier catalogs like iFixit to RS. Great idea.

    I'd be very happy if you could add some UK based distributors like Computer 2000 or Ingram Micro.

    Anyone else think they would fine this useful?

  2. Payments not Synced to QB

    There needs to be a filter to look at payments not synced to QB. There is one for invoices but not payments. Currently, we have to go throught the payments to find any that have not been synced for one reason or the other.
    Also, it would be nice if there was a way to sync or mark as sync any $0 invoices and payments to QB. But that is not as important as finding actual payments not synced.

  3. Spiceworks integration

    I would love to see you guys integrate with Spiceworks somehow. We use it for monitoring of our contract customers devices, but I would rather use you for my helpdesk/ticket system. We use there asset manager tool and network monitor tool.

    It would be nice for a ticket to be created automatically if there is a critical error on an asset or a network device going offline.

  4. Integrate POs into Amazon Purchasing Systems

    We order alot of parts on Amazon. We use an Amazon Business account. I would love to see you guys integrate the Purchase Order system to purchasing on Amazon.   6. Time Clock Bug Fix

    I would really like it if when I clicked in a date field in most areas of repair shopper (time clock as a major example) that the date that WAS in the field wouldn't get automatically replaced with today's date. The date needs to stay the same as it was, after clicking in the field.

    I typically have to make at last 10 adjustments to clock-in times every pay period. Perhaps I have employees that are particularly forgetful, but short of them getting better at clocking in, it would make my job much easier if I could just slide the…

  7. technicians certificate and licence attachments

  8. Re-arrange drawer count fields

    When we go to count the drawer, we start from the biggest bills first, working our way down. However, to count in RS the TAB order is lowest to top. Not huge deal, but a pain in the butt.

  9. Automatic adding of credit to customer account when refunding or purchasing from a customer for store credit

    It would be really good that if I refund an item for store credit the balance would get automatically added to the customers account, in the same vein, when purchasing off a customer for store credit, when hitting the pay out button if payment method is "Credit to customer account" it should be automatically added.

    You can do this manually by adding a payment method called store credit, and refunding there like cash. Then manually increasing the customer credit on their edit page.

    We will be supporting this in refunds in the near future too!

  10. have Marketr campaign option to send emails to alternate contacts instead of the default

    Some of our default contacts are not the correct person in a company to send Markting details to.
    having an option in a marketer campaign to specify an alternate email address would be helpfull.

  12. Amend the pre-diagnosis further, so that no email is issued at all

    We have a lot of tickets where diagnosis is an irrelevance (ie. for the supply of goods/services). Being able to now tick as pre-diagnosed is great - thank you - but we get an email saying a hidden comment was added to say it was pre-diagnosed. The change you've made is welcome, but we don't want the email. Or should there be a "diagnosis not required?", which isn't quite the same thing after all.

  14. Hide asset details on pdf/print

    Is it possible or will it be possible in the future to hide asset details on pdf/print? I don't like the idea of displaying the customer's password on the printed ticket. Right now the only workaround I can see is adding a custom field to the ticket and creating a field for password, which I hide. This however makes it difficult with a customer with multiple assets checked in. Seems like both assets and custom fields should have this feature. Thanks!

  16. Save additional Payment Transaction Details to change history audit log

    The Payment Details history page shows a lot of valuable information, which is priceless when it comes to reconciling or looking back on a payment. However, there are still many important details missing (when it comes to credit cards) which requires us to login to our merchant account seperately just to look up basic/non-confidential information. Some examples of fields that are missing:

    Credit card type (Visa, AmEx...)
    Method of entry (Swiped, keyed...)
    Last 4 of card number (Customers always call and ask)
    Reference number (Same as the invoice number, allowing us do searches in our merchant account)

  17. Simple One-Click Unsubscribe Confirmation/Survey for Opt-Outs

    The Customer Opt-Out report seems really lacking for useful information. It's currenly more of an audit history log or reference, rather than a real report. Plus, the true/false comments are pointless when they are always opposite (currently, you either opt-out or have a bad email, not both). This report would be much more useful if it had more options to give us insight about emails not going out to customers. Here are my suggested field values:

    Date | Customer/Business | Reason

  19. Low Inventory Report/Email

    We have multiple locations and the low inventory report sends an email which includes all low inventory items regardless of location.

    So can I suggest that the low inventory report is location specific? It would also be useful to get this report send to different email address per location. So Location 1 low stock report goes to location1@ and location 2 low stock to location2@.

    Another problem we have is items that we only sell once i.e refurbished laptops etc they all show up on this report but we're never going to re-order this item. Is there a way to…

  20. Track shift locations

    is there a way to be able to have the time clock system keep track of which location an employee is clocked in at for the duration of their shift, I have techs that work at multiple shops in our chain and would like to know where they spent their time.
