    Hi, is this going anywhere? i just sent a ticket to support asking if some of the same things Ryan requests here are achievable (didn't knew about Ryan's post).

    I'm looking to setup my new business in november, i'm deciding what tools should i use, and so far i really like RS but stuff like this are making me doubt.. i know it's very dificult to deal with all this, i worked as a developer for a time, but i'm hoping.. this gets done.

    My 2 pennies, also add to the automation feature a variable like {{customer_address}} that works on the send email to box, right now i can't automate a reply to several emails cause of this :(
