    We are using Apple product and are ASP for Apple.
    If it is not compatible on Topaz pads; it will be frustration while prevent us to goes green.
    Still, we need to go back to conventional way to have customer sign off the intake form.
    we hope repair shop will hear us as payee customer to repair shop.

    Hi There,

    Yes, I'm looking the same answer too since the text area are grey and not able to amend the current email address.
    I'm looking to have multiple recipients that able to received the private email instead.
    Kindly reply urgently!
