I'm just starting my account and somehow parts became serialized when I imported my inventory. I'm guessing that it had to do with how my import spreadsheet was set up. Either way I have a major problem because when I take stock it gives me no option for assigning serial numbers to the inventory I'm entering so then I can't add it to tickets or invoices. I can't check out a customer because I can't close the invoice. I'm having major problems with this serialized option and it not being able to be removed. Any help would be appreciated.
