    Speccy is a good example, but I wanted to add other things about assets could also be just as important. If it can't be directly integrated with some sort of spec overview program like speccy, than maybe adding a feature to attach files to an asset would suffice for the time being. It may be benificial to upload the Speccy HTML, but also photos of the equipment, photos of locations or important attached equipment, lenghthy notes on the equipment, copy of warranty or PO...

    I very much agree with this; this would also separate the features specific to a business. On the other side, when creating a ticket based on the user, it should give you two options on the search: The user alone and the user linked to the company. This would allow for billing the individual user, vs the company, and reduce duplicate entries for when a user is coming to you regarding something personal vs. submitting a ticket for their company.

    This opens the door for some other fixes I've seen requested, so I'd say it's very worth investing the time to add this.

    For IT Pros/MSPs you can now set override prices per customer via a contract. The rest of this might take a bit longer
