Hey everyone – we have added the “Sync to QuickBooks Online” bit for beta_testers, if you are not a beta tester currently, you will get this feature in a couple weeks. We are not accepting new beta testers at this time.
For those of you that are beta testers, please visit QuickBooks settings in RepairShopr and select your Accounts Payable account for PO’s to sync to in QB and let us know here in the comments what feedback you have for it!
@Troy any updates on Xero integration? This seems to have stalled (along with many other feature request updates?)

I totally agree with this and actually did a quick search to see if anyone else had suggested this feature before I suggested it. I agree it feels like the two fields should be directly linked so that when I choose the problem type the custom ticket fields should directly relate to the type of problem I am selecting. would make that whole work flow much better and would force my techs to fill in custom fields I deem required.
We just scrapped n-central and replaced it with Max Focus, found it a far better product for us and much better priced.
I too would love this idea, although will most likely find it easier to develop my own integration using the API i suspect.
