We are still holding off on this, it would be great if we could also find a partner/integration that can do one-time payments easily that support EMV that would could build into the POS – and not only the recurring invoices.

I made a call to Worldpay now that they are merged with Vantiv. I got the impression that Vantiv was to be used to roll out application support (such as RS) and they are very keen to onboard new custom. Perhaps if RS could reach out to Worldpay/Vantiv and check plans for world wide deployment it could be an easy win as Vantiv is already inbuilt.

As you can tell I also need re-occurring payments - A must.

We raised this issue when on boarding over a year ago.
COST is definitely EX vat as you would expect - verified with Repairshopr support.

nb There is a bug in the cost markup though as its calculated on the wrong field (retail inc instead or retail ex). Which causes the confusion.

    The fix would be
    add (ex) labeling to cost.
Calculate the markup on the right field (Retail Ex).

Investigating repair shopper and telephone integration is something we have working correctly and we are debating if this is a show stopper to switch.

We are using skype for business solution which is awesome and would love it if there was some integration to track inbound and outbound calls with call popup showing open tickets.

    Thank you !
