    I am a mac specialty shop, this has always hampered the success of our shop having to use work arounds. As long as repairshopr has been around, you would think you guys would have this by now. Please send this to Troy.

    Yea, I am getting sick and tired of my employees having such a difficult time with serialized products. Tracking is very important for our store!!

    My customer wants the same to be able to login to there customer portal, see all the previous pad invoices in case they need it for some reason, but pay it when thy log in to there portal too.

    Yes, this really needs to be looked at. I for example have file type extensions that I have to add on every once in a while in a drop down menu box and it can be very difficult and time consuming for me and my techs. The more time I have to pay out in wages because a tech cannot find something as so simple like a alphabetized drop down menu means less money to spend on RepairShopr.
