    Really can't believe that purchase order reports are not already a part of this. There are customer purchase reports so don't see what the big deal is.

    Yes, kind of strange there is nothing for purchase order reports like there are for sales reports.

    Yes Troy, Know it is long but hope it was explained well enough.

    I would say your first option and perhaps add a sub po# as my vendor does. Thus keeping original PO# and adding the sub Po's So my original would be 101. Broken down it would be 101-01, 101-02, somewhere along those line.

    Inventory item history in general. I sell Antivirus and my previous POS would allow me to run a report on just my antivirus program so I can contact customers when their subscriptions were about to expire.

    How should this work:

    A) We distribute the shipping/other fees across the items evenly when it goes to quickbooks

    B) You have a line item for shipping, and the expense goes there instead

    For me I usually distribute the cost of shipping evenly across all line items. Order 10 items at $1.00, Shipping is $10.00. True cost of items is $2.00 with shipping included.

    I see this is planned and just wanted to chime in. YES, needs to be done. I see that currently shipping is not even associated with any quickbooks items. I usually distribute my costs as well across all items purchased.

    Our plan with this is to build a few options to choose from, with minor things able to be enabled/disabled. These aren’t built in a technology that allows us to make an editor though.

    It’s planned, but no estimated time we’ll actually work on it.

    58 Votes since January 30th 2015 and no chime in from RS. When I was going to integrate RS in my shop last year it was this very reason why I did not. One year later and no changes have been made. Dymo Labels are too expensive. I have a Godex Label printer that cost 1/2 of what Dymo Labels would cost me. I can get the GODEX to work but as someone as mentioned, fit too page is too small and full page is not centered. Also, the orientation of the label in RS does not matter. We need more Printer Support and have the ability to customize our own labels just like every other POS out there allows you to do.
