    Yes, please, implement this! As a further possibility, adding an "Add appointment" button that would go to the appointment booking module would be icing on the proverbial cake for this feature :)

    Joe,

    Take a look at the Custom widgets feature, we struggled with this at first, but you can essential set a customer lead form that first asks for details, then gives the appointment booking module. We know now when someone books an appt. the description of the issue AND if they are already a customer it (usually) matches their customer account in the lead that is generated. Works great for us.

    This widget can be embedded the same way as the bookings module or it will work as a stand alone landing page
