We are going to put ticket comments in the communication log, hopefully that helps this one. Let us know if you really want the new manual log entry after this..
I'd personally prefer it to reside inside of the ticket area since that is where our techs are doing their work mostly. To get them to go into the customer>call log is like pulling teeth.
Any updates on this?

I have this set up now linking them to a form on my website. But it would be cool for the integration.
That’s a REALLY good idea.. hadn’t thought of it, but I’ll see if I can get that worked in to the system at some point soon.
I love this idea and hope it can be implemented soon. That or make the time clock its own icon at the very lease.
