    Since this suggestion is actually a number of very separate ideas, we can’t properly mark it as planned/started/completed.

    I’ll just leave it as under review.

    We added the bit about closing the related ticket in the last release.

    I would like to see Wiki access in the iOS app as that is where we keep client configs and credentials.

    What if any appointment that had a location specified we could calculate the road-miles from your office to there, and put that in a report?

    A little simpler than doing real vehicle/person tracking, still gets you pretty good data – and would be more realistic for us to quickly build.

    I think the simple fix for this would be to set the invoice not to charge the card until the due date rather than the invoice date. That way you could send out your invoices with a due date 7 days later. Gives the client time to review.

    Hey all-

    So if you have a customer with 100 assets, you have to manually link them all? When they create a new one, it’s not linked – and you have to go link it?

    Would it be better to have a contract cover all assets without having to select them??

    Could you just use the ticket custom field types in conjunction with saved ticket searches to get this?

    I understand those aren’t really queues – but they kind of are. You can have multiple users in that list, assign between them, etc etc

    Tops on my wish list now that subscriptions and SLA's/Contracts are in the works! We do a lot of cable jobs, web designs, graphic and print designs and a real project management feature set would be great. Something we can attach files, due dates, tasks and assign to either a tech, customer service rep, contractor or client as the next step. We currently use 5pmweb.com but would really like to see it integrated in RS, just much more convenient.

    Interesting idea. We’ve had some people repurpose a template they’re not using (Estimates, for example) in exactly this way.

    I talked to tawk.to, it sounds like there isn’t a way to do this right now – but they are building a ticket system now. They told me when the ticket system is out, we should be able to integrate to that. So you would make a ticket in tawk.to, and that could create a ticket in RS – it’s a bit fuzzy until they ship it.
