I agree, SMS send without email and also the ability to edit the number just for this one ticket.
We get different people dropping off repairs and it would be nice to be able to sms the person that dropped it off without adding them as a contact.
I like this Idea. Plus the ability to add a serial number to your bundle.
This way you can have pre built computers sitting on the shelf with a unique serial and just attach it to the customer when they want to purchase it.

This feature would be very useful as we have customers bring in multiple assets at the same time for repair. The only way we could identify what was done to each asset would be to create a ticket for each one.
