    I would also like to have this feature as I currently have it on my existing system and I use it in such cases where I need to review my CCTV. It helps in going to the exact time and date.

    Also a Delivered receipt/ read receipt for text messages. At least then when people ring up saying they never got a text we can look back.
    Currently we can do this with our current texting system.

    be nice if it sent a reminder with an option for the customer to renew by Paypal. Also if we do not get a response to the email for it to send another a week later and if still no response to alert us that they have not renewed.
