Yes, agreed. We were never able to get Clickatell to work with our own numbers, despite their insistence that it should work. We finally requested a refund and that's taken 2 months.

+1 for this. We relied on this quite frequently in Freshbooks. Although it does appear that Repairshopr does a better job at delivering emails than Freshbooks.
+1 for this, but for any report. Specifically, for us, there is value in getting the pending ticket charges sent weekly/monthly (we have some clients who are only invoices monthly, so it's not uncommon for tickets to be resolved without invoicing until later).
