Is this really dead? I'm a huge fan of RS and will probably stay on the platform regardless, but this was something I was really looking forward to. RS guys- I wouldn't want NAble's CRM/PSA tool to start taking away your clients! wink wink
We've landed a few new great clients and have finally decided to get our RMM to match the quality of our PSA (RepairShopr) and to us that means n-central. With the extra workload we'll really be loving an integration to help automate things. Please take another look at this one, Troy!
Thanks for the votes everyone, we have been watching this thread for a while and are only holding off because this seems like it will have to be a really deep/technical integration to provide the right level of value. It will probably take a ton of development time away from big things like QuickBooks/Xero integrations. We just need to wait for the right time.
We would rather see the built-in RS wiki get some development, as well as SECURITY. In other words, hook that password vault up! Each customer has their own wiki page, and on the customer page you add a tab at the top next to Contacts, History, etc. for Wiki.
It would be nice to be able to upload documents straight to the wiki as well. If you could add template based tabes to the wiki, even better.
We have the inbound function working on FreeSWITCH (we're using FusionPBX, which is awesome) and would love to see a seperate url in repairshopr to track outbound calls. I think making the URL request would not be very difficult.
We switched from MAXRMM to pulseway and would love to see some integration
