  1. Add Source Description to Vendor Profile

    It would be nice to have a primary reference note for each vendor in the system. Some vendors have dumb names and it's hard to remember what we use them for. I'd like to make their primary field identify what we use them for - like ABC Manufacturing Inc (Laptop Chargers).

  3. Add a Column for Last Purchase Price in PO

    hi,
    the idea is actually simple to implement i think.
    right now we have Average price for PO made.

    so i think if the team could add an extra column for "Last Purchase Price" would be great.

    In our PO, there would be a column to let us know what was the last price we purchase the item. As the price in the inventory is the average, it might not be accurate.

    For eg (assuming it is identical socks)
    the price we bought a socks is $2.
    Then we bought another socks for $1

    The average cost of the socks…

  5. Edit Existing Asset When Creating Ticket

    Some assets (PCs) change or need new information. The ability to edit an existing asset when adding to the ticket would be helpful.

  6. on tickets list is there a way to see paid??

    we have a paid status and we prefer some customers prepay for our liquid damage services - if we could see the little green checks even though the status changes internally that would REALY help!!!

  8. Clock warning

    It would be cool if you could have a popup or email, text etc that could warn you about a running clock.

    Also the ability to edit or clear the clock would be good.

    The ability to add clocks would be helpful.

  9. Parts Order Tracking Delivery Estimates and Ticket Link

    On the Parts Order Tracking page, a section that allows you to input the estimated delivery date, and alerts you once it's passed, would be great! Also, the part info should be shown on the ticket that it's associated with.

  10. A mention / notification system.

    If a tech posts a hidden comment inside of ticket calling out to another tech or help desk admin.. they'll be notified within the interface rather than an email.

    Example "Repair is completed @helpdeskadmin." The helpdeskadmin then receives a notification within repairshopr that the ticket needs to be invoiced and the customer contacted.

  11. Failed Payment of Recurring Invoice

    We have dozens of customers we have on a yearly recurring invoice. They aren't really worth setting up individual contracts for as it is a one time charge per year.

    There currently is no way to receive notification if the payment fails (there is for contracts).

    It would be great to have this feature.

  12. Account Credit Reminder before taking a payment.

    We have run into the issue many times where someone pays for their ticket and the account credit is often overlooked.

    If there was a reminder or credit shown during the payment processing this would streamline customer check out and errors with payment and the need to refund payments.

  13. Allow image uploads in Documentation

    Documentation has made huge improvements lately. To "finish the job" for us, we would love to see an easy image/file upload option instead of just the URL link. This would save a lot of steps. It could simply upload it to the customer page as well.

  14. Add Card-On-File Capturing Option in Custom Widgets

    Currently, the only way to obtain card information from the client is either by manual entry into their customer account (via swipe or key) or having them log into ther customer portal. When we have someone signing up for services, we want the ability to capture card information as part of the sign-up process (similar to how Recur captures it for Kabuto) so we can offer more subscription services with a retained card without the need for asking.

  15. Allow Custom Text/Links in Customer Portal Area

    We have a few different services that we offer to clients - It would be nice to put additional Support Links or Other Content in the Portal so that the Client has easy access to all of their information in one location. Maybe a custom HTML area, or somewhere we can put custom text.

  17. Make tabs full width

    I'm using a widescreen monitor and have plenty of space left for tabs before they get stuffed into the "+ More" section. Can we make that header a bit wider, and be responsive to wide screens?

  18. Add notes for Manual items on Invoices or Estimates.

    We do a lot of one-off parts with our customers. When adding a manual item it would be nice to have a hidden field where we could put notes or URLs. Currently I'm using Tax Notes to accomplish this in the short term but it would be nice to have a dedicated or properly titled space to put notes. Alternatively an easier way to link parts to a estimate would be good.

  19. Better Remote Assistance flow in Tickets

    Have ScreenConnect Session now available in ticket area, but it would be great if:
    1. Combine function of "Create ScreenConnect Session" and "ScreenConnect Supporter Link" Why can't single button open the app and create the support instance?
    2. Having something that clicking "Send to Customer" would automatically email the customer the link/code to connect and generate a line item in the ticket.

    Process seems a little more then it needs to be.

  20. Option to open Dashboard by default

    It would be helpful to be able to choose in Settings the option to open the Ticket Dashboard by default when clicking on the "Tickets" tab.
