  1. Workflow Reminders

    I know we already have a daily and hourly diagnosis reminder that is sent through email. Would it be possible to add a feature that reminds technicians of general workflow? Not only diagnosis reminders, but a simple time untouched reminder. I think it would also be better if this was not done through email, but through SMS. If not SMS then I suppose it could be setup through Slack.

  2. Field job/appointment update emails

    There doesn't seem to be a way to arbitrarily re-send field job/appointment emails, which is useful if the customer requests that you resend the email.

    It would also be good to have the option of re-sending the email if the appointment date/time is changed.

  3. Tracking Salary/Wages for employees

    1. Add individual employee wages.
    2. Generate repaorts for a selectable time frame with wages/salary earned.
    3. Possibly a feature that shows whether or not an employeed has been paid for that selected time.

  5. Tickets Dashboard Memory

    The Tickets screen does a great job of remembering Grouping but does not remember (for example) the selected technician. So in terms of job management this is the main screen that each of our techs uses so it would be nice if it could hold this information when flicking back and forth between screens as it does with Grouping

  6. Need ability to change hard coded fields.

    I need the ability to change the format of certain assets that are hardcoded into the custom fields. For instance, my shop does not need a text field for "Asset Name" - we only check in a certain fixed types of machines. I want to change it to a drop down box that has some predetermined fields - i.e "laptop, desktop, ultrabook, all-in-one" etc. I can't imagine this wouldbe that hard to implement and it seems odd that asset name and serial are still hardcoded fields.

  7. tag location title to logs of slack intergration for Big Chain accounts

    Add the locations title to the slack update so if you have big chain account with multiple stores you can differentiate between the updates in your slack log.

  8. Save Settings On Google Cloud Print when you do a new Sync

    As I am setting up My account I noticed that every time you add a printer to CLoud print and sync with Repair Shopr IT resets all the settings even on the printers that did not change.

  9. Add the ability to add more fields to the 'devices widget'

    Let us put, for example, manufacturers, etc.

    This would let people select that they had a mobile phone, then the manufacturer, then the model, IE,

    Mobile > Blackberry > Blackberry Bold 9000 > Black > Orange > Problems

  12. Inventory Customer Purchase History

    It would be helpful to have the ability to see which customers purchased inventory items. Perhaps, something is on sale, you sold some, however to find out who purchased during the campaign is not available. Drill down to the actual sale invoice would be another great benefit too.

  14. Admin: New Ticket Settings

    On this screen when entering Ticket Problem Type there should be a way to sort these. This way I can place the most common problems at the top or list them alphabetically. By default there should be an "Other" problem type. When selected a free text dialog box would appear to enter that other problem.

  15. Ticket Detail Screen

    On the Ticket Detail screen, at the top labeled "Ticket Detail". This information comes from the New Ticket Subject. You might consider having the customers last name and then the subject. Often times, techs will work on several computers at the same time thus there are multiple tickets open on Shopr. Having the the customers name followed by the subject will make it easier to distinguish each ticket.

  16. Make Commission Report Show Business Name instead of Customer Name

    I would like to see the commission report (as well as everywhere else) show the business name instead of the Customer name.

    I know in the templates you have a variable for "customer_business_name_or_customer_full_name" which I've changed all my templates to use. I suggest you use this same method for the commission report. This way it will show the business name but if there is no business and it's just an individual it would show the customer name.

  17. Allow Rearranging of Dashboard Tickets

    It would be incredibly helpful for me to be able to arrange tickets how I want (prioritize tickets) so that while I'm out of the office the tech's working at the shop have a better idea of where to prioritize.

  19. Ability to Link Tickets to Each Other (Just Like Invoices and Estimates)

    Here's the overview of the idea:

    1. Have ability to link tickets to each other for easy reference.
    2. Linked tickets could go in the "Diagnostic" Progress box just like Invoices go into the "Invoiced" Progress box and estimates go into the "Work Approved" Progress Box.
    3. A link ticket button or reference would need to be added so tickets could be linked together.
    4. You could link as many tickets together as you wanted.
    5. The linked tickets would be clickable just like invoices and estimates currently are.

  20. Expandable/Collapse PO's

    When looking for items that have been ordered it would be nice to be able to have a quick look/expandable option to show what items are on the PO on each line item.
