  1. Time Clock - Get notifications if someone manually changes time.

    Notify ownership / upper management / HR- if any one manually adjusts time, that way you can find a reason on why this may keep happening.

  2. Add accessible Stats for non-Admin uers

    It would be great if the different techs could see there own number of 'invoiced' tickets day to day, and each others. This would create some (friendly) competition and jokes between techs.

    I know that I would like to know if I had fixed the most, and if I hadn't, knowing that I was bottom of the table would motivate me.

  3. Implement a method for customising inventory labels.

    These would make great price tags. It would be nice to have a logo and short description or warranty info on there.

  4. Assets manager allows data import via speccy

    For those of you who don't know Speccy is a free tool that automatically scans a computer and retrieves the hardware information. It's quite extensive and an excellent way to quickly identify things like motherboard name, RAM type etc.

    I would like to be able to upload the speccy output directly into the assets module. This would save alot of time when onsite and make it easier overall to add new hardware to better serve my customers.

    i.e. a client calls and wants to know how much a ram upgrade is, you'll be able to see in an instant what…

  5. Ability To Edit Ticket Updates

    Would love the ability to edit ticket updates. For those times you put the wrong status or need to make any changes.

    That way the ticket isn't cluttered with multiple ticket entries just to make a status change ETC.

    What do you guys think?

    I've noticed that sometimes we will do deals on our products that we are selling along with the repairs that we do and i would like to show how much that customer has saved on the invoice.

  9. Easy Renewal Options

    Hello,
    I would like the ability on an inventory item to check a box for a canned renewal option. My use specifically is antivirus renewal. I would like a page to configure the options such as renewal date. For example when I sell AV it is a one year subscription and I like to send a reminder two weeks in advance. So in my inventory item I would like a checkbox to turn this pre-configured item. I have watched some videos and it seems I can get most of what I want, but after what seems like a very overcomplicated…

  11. Reports: Create a report of old customers

    We would like to generate a report that lists customers with whom we have not done business with in at least 3 months. RepairShopr knows the dates when invoices were closed, so this information would need to be combined with customer data as to whether or not they had any newer invoices. The goal would be to make personalized phone calls to older customers for customer service and to generate more business.

  15. Estimates to invoices

    It would be nice for estimates to be removed from the estimates page once they are invoiced, kind of like how the tickets are removed once they are resolved. Can you implement this feature?

  16. Add {{tech_created}} to show up who created the ticket under the current user for templates

    we print tickets for every device on intake, but we dont like how you can "assign the ticket" but not know who created the ticket, i really need to know who really created the ticket , so i know who assigned it to whom(from reading the printed ticket)

  17. Add Ticket Subject to Ticket Comment Email

    A lot of my customers will have multiple Tickets open at a time, and of course they keep track of words better than numbers. I'd like to be able to add the Ticket Subject next to the ticket number in the automated email that's sent when a comment is made. That way they know what is being discussed.

  18. Marketr - Email Paid Specific Inventory Items

    Couldn't think of what to title it. I'd really like to set up some Marketr templates in order to bring in return service. To make the Marketr really effective, I think a feature that tracks who bought what is needed.

    If I sell our Premium Cleanup, it will include a 6 month coupon for 50% off their next cleanup. If I could just automatically email any customer who bought the "Premium Cleanup", 3 months later, I think it would bring in more return business.

  19. Pushover Notification Customization

    I think that all the notification, specifically Pushover should be able to be customized. The current notification show very brief information. If we could include a link to the ticket or invoice that it is referring to, that would allow us to get to the finer details quicker. Most of us using pushover are doing do with a mobile device, and it is cumbersome to swap apps, open up RS, and search for that ticket/invoice.

  20. Upgrade Account Detail "Type" for Employees and Vendors (to utilize CID Lookup)

    The Customer Detail page is extremely useful, mainly because it contains SO MUCH information. We tend to cram every scrap of information we have into RS, just so everything is in ONE place. Many of our customers account pages contain every phone number, email address, payment form, and document upload we have to connect to them. But, wouldn't it be great to have this for Employees and Vendors, too?

    Right now, we duplicate information for our vendors and employees into a Customer record, just so everyone has quick and efficient access to useful information (like phone numbers, email addresses, etc).…
