  2. Mxtoolbox Intergration

    I use MXtoolbox a lot for checking information about domain names and pubic IP ranges for customers internet connection, it would be good to integrate mxtoolbox's api into repairshopr so we could get this information all in the domains asset area and internet connection asset tags ideally something like check MX records would drop to show the current MX record TTL and IP preference. And check A records would check known A records, such as the host,www and mail/owa records.

  3. Lead conversion: Address entry for New Customer

    When adding a new customer via check in mode the address fields each have their own seperate save button. This recurring need to save really slows down our customer check in times. Could this form be completed with a single save button?

  4. Add a sales history table to a product's inventory page

    Sometimes I need to go back and see when I sold a particular item to a specific customer. As it stands I have to manually search through their invoice history to find the record. It would be awesome to add a table to an item's inventory page that listed sales, including date, customer, invoice number, quantity, and serial number if applicable.

  5. Add zip codes in the customer reports as a marketing tool.

    This will help a repair shop to see what zip codes are most popular and if they decide to move their store it will give them idea what direction and how far.

  6. Create an area in the Time Clock Admin to put in future Paid Day off requests.

    When an employee gives notice of a requested paid time off for a date in the future, have a place in the time clock admin that will keep track of this so when that week comes, that day is already put in the totals for the pay period.

  7. Add UPC code and QTY on hand to expanded line item details

    I am talking about on each individual estimate/invoice lines for the inventory items; when you click on the line to expand for more details, currently what shows is category, tax note, taxable, tax rate; cost; tech and the rma button. Here is would be nice to include the UPC code as well as the qty on hand.

  8. Reporting for Parts Ordered on Tickets

    I have multiple locations and need to track the dollar amount on the parts ordered for repairs. Ideally I would like to give each store a credit card and let them order their own parts but I cannot do that without a way to track the transactions. If I could run a report that says Store "A" bought $2000 in parts to repair customer computers then I could take my credit card statement and match the number up.

  10. Allow names or notes to be associated with phone numbers.

    A lot of the time I have customers who give me multiple contact numbers with different people picking up the phone. For example, I just had a husband and wife give me their separate contact numbers for a recent ticket, but I can't make notes in repairshopr as to what number is associated with which person without making a note on the customer page.

  12. Add Locations as a header/sort option and group by list.

    It would be great to have "Locations" as a header for Tickets and Invoices and also a "Group By" option for Location. From a managerial aspect of looking across multiple stores, this would be extremely helpful from the ticket and invoice views and the ability to group by location or at least filter by location without changing location from "admin" drop-down.

  13. Follow-Up Reminder Report

    We would like to be reminded after 6 months of an invoice being posted to call customers if they have not had any additional activity with our business. This would be helpful from a customer service perspective, as well as to drive additional business.

  14. Have a selling device wizard

    Your repair device wizard is a great feature. You should also offer a selling device wizard which allows a customer to sell their device directly to the store. It should work the same way as the repair wizard only when they choose their options, it would give a price for the device at the end of the journey which allows them to enter their contact details.

  15. SN when adding items to ticket

    When you add a serialized item to a ticket under charges, it needs to ask for the serial number then, not when the invoice is created.

    A lot of times, especially with hard drives, the item is already in the unit and sealed then the invoice is made. If the tech forgot to write down the serial number, they have to reopen the machine to get it. If it would ask for serial number when add item to charges, that would be very nice.

  16. Allow the Other field to be editable for Phone numbers

    We have customers who give us numbers for other members of their family. It would be nice to be able to label the phone numbers in a more detailed manner. For instance: instead of just having 2x numbers labeled as mobile and not knowing if its husband or wife you could label the numbers "wife mobile" or "husband mobile". allowing the other field to be edited would allow for that.

  17. Email Reminder:Tickets Due Tomorrow

    Hello

    I like the way Repairshopr sends reminder emails, that is very helpful

    With the "Tickets Due Tomorrow" email we get the ticket number and the job description, it would be nice if the email also included the client name

    At the moment we have to click through to the job to find out which customer

    Ideally, the content of the reminder email could be editable in Ticket preferences, but all we really need is for the customer name to be included

  18. Pay Now button to pay off the entire account balance in customer portal

    Customers are requesting a Pay Now button on the customer portal that allows them to pay off their entire account balance by either Credit Card or PayPal in one go.

    I understand that there's already a Pay Now button next to each invoice. However it's more convenient to the customer to be able to pay off more than one invoice at a time, and saves money on Credit Card transactions if this is made available to them.

  19. Sales/Service Metrics Dashboard

    A Live Dashboard that shows the techs total tickets, sales, invoices month to date. Monthly Totals, Top Services, Top Producers, Who tickets are assigned too, Schedule, Etc. would be very nice to have. I currently produce an excel sheet thats viewed on a 42" Monitor in the service department but its not live.

  20. net profit calculation on Sales Summary (Profit & Loss) report

    Just been going over a few figures and was checking the sales reports and thought it would be great to also see the net profit as a percentage so we can see as an overview, what our percentage rate is running at. Very useful when setting or revising pricing policies :)
