    It would be great if at the top of the customer account page where it displays open tickets and invoices if you could click on them to display them.

  2. Add an end date field for reccuring tickets

    For example if creating tickets for a maintenance contract for a year, have the recurring tickets end on the date of the contract expiration.

  3. Make a Time Clock Tab

    Make a time clock button on the tab bar. I hate having to log out so someone else can log in, clock in, log out so i can log back in just so the can clock in or out. they should be able to hit the time clock tab enter their pin, clock in or out without having to log in or out of any account.

  4. Add Permissions to the manual forms entry in POS Module -We are having issues with techs arbitrarily entering costs that are incorrect

    We are trying to track our costs efficiently and we have some techs who like to put the cost of a widget at $1 when it should be $50 for example. This is completely skewing our numbers so we can't track our true costs. We would like to block techs from being able to enter stuff manually.

  5. Line item separator / spacer (invoices | estimates)

    Estimate / Invoices can look confusing when too many items are on them.

    It would be nice if we could get a line item SPACER / SEPARATOR field or option, to help separate items.

    Right now we do this manually; which looks something like the following when completed:

    ITEM | DESC | QTY | RATE |

  6. Finish the "Sync Gmail Calendar to RepairShopr (beta)" Feature

    I know it says it's still in beta but it would be awesome if you could finish this feature. It kinda works. But the items put in the google calendar disappear too much from the repairshopr calendar to make it useable.

  7. Categories - Better list for Canned Responses

    It would be better if you could separate out "Canned Responses" by category (Tickets/Invoices) or any form of separation because one long list is not good enough. The best option would be to allow the user to define categories for these if they are all going to be grouped or even a dynamic search bar to filter out those that don't apply. Instead of scrolling through a list and picking the right one.

  8. Add a little more functionality to Android mobile app

    I'm so grateful for Android app, very simple, easy to use, but could use 3 improvements:
    1. Auto populate fields (like customer name, or item search) without requiring the extra press of "Search" button. This is how RepairShopr works everywhere else.
    2. Ability to email invoice before it is paid. Now only option is receive payment, and once payment received, then email. But sometimes I need to send invoice to billing dept. without prepayment.
    3. Non inventory items (manual items) cannot be added or easily seen on invoice. If I've added them through the website, these items show blank or…

  9. Apply credit to recurring invoice automatically

    If the customer has an available balance can we set it up so it automatically applies it to their recurring invoice when it's created?

  10. While having the CC function now available on tickets I would like to see it just be right below where the "To field is" Seems misplaced.

    I would rather this just work like normal email client functionality with a to field a cc field and a bcc field that could be filled in or changed on the fly without having to click some obscure button somewhere else on the ticket.

  11. Ticket Tabs like Chrome Tabs in Ticket Dashboard

    We now use RepairShopr for all company tickets.
    It would be great if we could see the ticket dashboard with tabs like chrome tabs that are based on the ticket type.
    So In-Shop, On-Site, Remote Support, etc. ticket types would be categorized using tabs.
    Could still have the default tab to show all tickets or a unique search.
    This would be one small way to make RepairShopr a little bit better, which is already a great product!

  12. Download Platform Tickets in to RepairShopr

    I would befit us to be able to download tickets from Platforms like WorkMarket, Field Nation, and OnForce. We would also like to have a two communication with these sites so we can have attachments and time auto upload.

    On the cash register report add a column cash total open cash total close. Currently, it shows credit card in the end of day totals you can not simply can not glance at it and see is your cash is off.

  14. Option to show device password on Printed Ticket

    Always needing the technicians to ask for the password on the devices can become time consuming. Maybe an option that automatically shows the password of the device on the printed ticket would help. This could be worked around by just typing the password on the initial ticket name field, but some time could be saved with this added function. Just an idea.

    How can I run a report of assets that have a date driven custom Field?
    I track all assets that have batteries and the batteries need to be replaced every two (2) years. How can I get a list of expiring batteries?

  17. Back and Forward Arrows for Reviewing Notifications

    In the notification center, while reviewing notifications, maybe have forward and backward arrows to review notifications quickly. In addition, when clicking on to review a notification, when clicking delete, instead of going back to the first page of notifications maybe go to next newest notification (if starting from an older notification) or the next oldest (if starting from a newer notification).

    Maybe make this an option in preferences for those that want this functionality and for those that don't.

    Hey

    Looking at using xero as our main invoicing and payments interface as it offers direct payment integrations that we use and also will auto reconcile etc.

    Is it possible for the api to make our usual email invoice button/recurring invoice and estimates to send directly via xero?

  20. Add {issue_type} to tags in email ticket comment template

    We use the issuetype to track the main issue of an ticket. For our clients we need to add the issuetype to our ticket comment emails.

    This will make the comment email much more clear to the clients.
