  1. change asset button

    I find myself frequently forgetting to add assets to tickets while creating them because the button is so out of the way. Maybe it could be moved closer to the submit button or made more visible

  2. Beta: Automatic External Comments

    When a ticket is created, it automatically sends our description to their email address if it's on file. Comments made on the ticket default to external and it is so much more helpful to have it default to internal and have the option to email it to the customer.

  3. Could really use attachments to Purchase Orders

    We would really like to be able to attach documents to Purchase Orders. We often get partial shipments, so it is common to need to see packing labels and other documents from our vendors.

  4. Estimate(s) number included/tied to Ticket - Customer Portal

    Hello!
    I have had a few confused clients recently - as this type of system is 100% new here in Paraguay. They have been confused on which estimates go to which tickets without reading all the comments and discussions.

    I would like to propose that in the customer portal, there is a similar feature to what we have in the work approved portion where the Estimates are shown/linked for us for when a client views their ticket.

  5. Is there an updated Supported Hardware?

  6. Option for Store Credit Card Feature on Payment

    Hi,

    My business plan to selling a subscription based services to customers but theres no fluid way to save a Customer's Credit card at checkout (when pay). I was hoping a have button or "check in box" to save credit card info as the card is being processed/swiped.

  7. Add "Open in new tab" and "Open in new window" right click options to Search All The Things

    Please. I'm begging you. It seriously messes with my workflow not to have these options available to the results from the Search All The Things box.

    I don't know if it's because the search bar is somehow java based or is using some weird runtime that makes those options hard to implement, but I would really like to see them integrated into the right click context menu items.

  8. Beta Interface: Ticket Saved Searches

    Suggest moving the saved searches drop-down back to an instantly visible/selectable area. Drawing from personal experience, I have a number of saved searches that I utilize to quickly filter down tickets and having to click on the advanced search button first, then select the drop down, feels like an unnecessary step that would be better off as something that can be interacted with outside of the advanced search functions.

  9. Beta Interface Suggestion

    I looked at the new interface. It is looking good.
    One note one of my techs pointed out was the missing lines between tickets and customers. On a high contrast monitor, the gray lines are fine, but on lower quality monitors the lines are very important to keep things in focus.
    Maybe an option to turn them on and off for people who want?

  10. Auto Purchase Mail Credits

    I want to see a module where I can tell RepairShopr that when we have x amount of mail credits left to automatically purchase another block of them. We just found out the system didn't have enough credits to send out all our recurring invoices and it's been almost three weeks since they should have been sent.

  11. How can I....

    FILTER LOCATIONS IN THE TICKET VIEW?!?!?! :( It doesn't look like that exists. Can location specific searches be added to anyone with administrative or supervisory views of this system? It will make backtracking to find monetary discrepancies way easier.

  12. Stock Take Net Gain/Loss

    We need the stock take report to show not only the "loss" but also the "gain" of item QTY and $. This can either be a number indicating the gain (as only the "loss") is indicated, or it could be a net of the gain and loss in a stock take.

  14. Lose The Appointment Time Slider

    When using a phone to setup an appointment (or tablet) the slider is hard to manipulate to fine tune the start time of an appointment. I do a lot of appointments that go 1/4 hour to 1/4 and have a difficult time getting the slider to adjust. With the pop up on the small screen it is tough to get to where you can type in the time, becomes very time consuming.

  15. add answer template section to the lead menu

    could you add a tab to the leads section where you can store custom template answers? We get a lot of leads and responding to them all can get very time-consuming.

  18. Custom fields (in beta UI) show more items

    In the beta UI:
    -can we make it such that the custom fields shows more than the default? I have customized that area to include a lot of information to do with the customer and I would like to see it in one glance (like in the old UI) rather than a pop up "view all" option
