Extra wiki pages per customer
Ability to add extra customer wiki pages instead of just one. Plus, it's useful to be able to add a title to the wiki (an extra field) while still tagging the wiki to get customer.

Allow modification of Z Report
Life happens and that means it is inevitable that someone will click done before verifying numbers. I would like to have the ability to modify receipts (Credit, Cards, Checks, Cash) numbers for admin users only when counting was not completed prior to hitting done.

on the Customer Ledger
It would be great to have a report at the customer level, where it shows all activity such as, tickets, payments, credit, invoices, and finally balance due. Some kind of customer history report.

Mail Chimp integration ideas
Would love to be able to select a saved search and be able to sync to Mailchimp.
This would allow us to use the powerful features of mailchimp with our great RepairShopr software that has all of our customer info already.
This would allow us to have separate customer lists in mailchimp and would be nice to sync back/forth.

Add "Last Quarter" to the SALES TAX REPORT
In the US, we pay quarterly sales tax in the month following the end of the quarter. So, it would be great to have the option of selecting "Last Quarter" on the SALES TAX REPORT so that I do not have to enter in a custom range each time.

Group different customer repairs on to a delivery note and email when shipped out and run reports to determine who has what .
We outsource repairs to a number of specialist companies the ability to issue delivery notes and then run reports to keep track this requires a supplier ID against each job .

feature idea
hello i have an idea for a useful feature.
The feature would be a option to setup a popup when customer name is typed and selected. So that we can put custom message such as WARRANTY IS VOID for this customer or customer has attitude avoid service, and similar stuff. I know there is hidden notes but its in the bottom and sometimes no one reads it.

Estimate template for quick orders from client
An example: Have an estimate that has client's default PC configuration, plus all the upgrades they could possibly use. Client logs into their portal, opens the estimate when they need it, as many times as they want, chooses the items and quantity they want, omits items they don't want, accepts the estimate, it creates the invoice, and have options to pay for it right then and there. Estimate templates would be customizable for each client, or assignable to groups of clients.

Feedback on new UI beta design.
We use the additional properties of an asset in virtually every ticket. A fast way to view them without opening the asset page would be appreciated.
New ticket page design feels very drab. Not sure if it's the increased amount of background-gray being exposed on the left side or the relative lack of colors, probably both. The little color that remain are noticeably more dark too which doesn't help.
Textbox is only 2 rows which is smaller than the majority of our messages we write, would like ~5-7 rows as default size.

Estimate Builder
Estimate builder templates would be very handy to build into the ticket flow, or even into its own mini module. That way we can ask questions when making the ticket then a pre build estimate that can be edited as pre made for the tech. another address selection
it would be nice if the add another address to customer info was a drop down or selected from existing customer's or vendors. Instead of having to manually enter the bill to address over and over again for multiple customers.

Enter price for items with comma and point.
At the moment if we add price for item 43,56€ it changed it to 44,00€. Only if we use point it works.
It would be great if you can enter the price both ways.
In Europe we add price also with comma.

deposits should not count towards invoice limit
I understand limiting tickets and invoices for my current plan, but deposits should not count towards this limit since they are really just credit put towards another invoice

change asset button
I find myself frequently forgetting to add assets to tickets while creating them because the button is so out of the way. Maybe it could be moved closer to the submit button or made more visible

Beta: Automatic External Comments
When a ticket is created, it automatically sends our description to their email address if it's on file. Comments made on the ticket default to external and it is so much more helpful to have it default to internal and have the option to email it to the customer.

Could really use attachments to Purchase Orders
We would really like to be able to attach documents to Purchase Orders. We often get partial shipments, so it is common to need to see packing labels and other documents from our vendors.
