  1. Allow parts ordered to be auto inserted into Estimates

    We know that when an invoice is created any parts ordered are "suggested" and tagged for the ticket.

    However we want the same thing to happen for estimates. The reason is because once we make the estimate an invoice (when the work is completed and or when the client pays) we have an automatic invoice sent via email if it is not paid.

    We keep things as estimates until the work is complete so that invoices are not auto sent ahead of time, thus pissing customers off when they receive an auto email from us about their invoice could be…

  3. Field Job/appointments - adding tags for forms

    Would be nice to have access to the following tags to add to forms for "field appointments":
    Field appointment date and time
    Tech allocated to appointment
    site location (could be different from customer billing address)

  4. Expanding the Contact Module

    I work with a number of small businesses with multiple employees and often the primary contact isn't the business owner but rather the Office Manager.

    It would be great if a contact module could be added where not only are the eMail and phone number details stored but also custom entries like the contacts login credentials for their PC, eMail, Dropbox account etc. The ability to select the contacts computer and mobile device from the company assets list would also be useful.

    In this way the Customer page could be reserved for site wide details such as the public static…

  5. Option to print/show on PDF for individual Custom fields including checkboxes

    Option to print/show on PDF for individual Custom fields including checkboxes. Eg. We like to print a Ticket Receipt and give it to the customer when they drop off a job to confirm what we have received from them.

    This includes custom fields such as Charger checkbox, laptop bag checkbox, other equipment text field.

    Checkboxes don't show up on a ticket receipt (I guess they would all show up if they did which wouldn't be good for us). Id like the option of showing only selected checkboxes on the ticket receipt.

  6. Mobile & Phone number in calendar

    I would like to see the mobile and phone number listed in description when synced to Google Calendar as well...

    At the moment it will only show the customers "phone" quite often, we may need to contact the customer on there mobile, and it's easier for the field agents to have access to these details within the calendar..

    Would this be possible?

  7. Add Bitcoin as a Payment option with integration to Bitpay

    Would be good if you integrate Bitcoin as a payment option for repair shops that accept this method of payment. You can integrate the Bitpay api into your system. Bitpay is basically a payment processor for repair shops that don't want to end up with the bitcoin at the end of the day.

    They process all bitcoin transactions for you and convert it directly into currency of choice and deposits that directly to your bank account avoiding all the volatility that has to do with Bitcoin.

  8. Marketr campaigns based on custom field and inactivity

    We get lots of leads from our website form. Often they are inquiring if something can be fixed, etc.
    These leads sometimes don't pan out, however our webform asks for their email, so even the ones that don't workout, we have their email address.

    It would be great if we could create a campaign based on some criteria, such as a checkbox for example, where those leads (who have been converted to customers) that have a checkbox checked (indicating they have not been converted) could be emailed after xxxx number of days for special offers, reminders, etc.

    My idea is to integrate a module to sell and invoice other services which could really use the existing recurring invoicing feature.

    Its no news that computer repair is becoming very competitive as computers become more popular and most of us have emerged into other related industries such as web design, hosting, security systems and even printing.

  10. Easier data entry of Custom Fields

    We would like easier data entry of Custom Fields if possible.

    Option 1 - Make it so you can change the data in the Additional Information box - specifically the custom fields data/ check/uncheckboxes straight from the ticket screen. Have button to "save changes" in Additional Information box.

    Option 2 - Keep as is, to change you must click on 'edit custom fields' but move the 'save' button from the bottom of the list to the window next to Cancel as users keep forgetting to press save as it is out of view at the bottom of the list.

  14. Need a open quotation reminder please :)

    Please can you guys add the same reminders for quotations as you have for invoices. I want the system to tell customers that we have sent them a quotation and we have not received a go ahead or response on their quotation yet. And that if we have no response in 30 days we will assume that they have abandoned their machine.

    Please guys the same as the open invoice reminder but just for quotations.

  15. Special order parts.

    Currently it appears the only way to put in a part order is to have it tied with a ticket. There are parts and products that are ordered only once, and that either don't require installation, or the the customer chooses to install themselves. This means no need for a ticket. It would be nice to associate a part order to customer, but not require a ticket.

  17. Edit reminders

    The reminders feature is really nice, but it's lacking features to edit and add to an existing reminder. All it lets you do right now is add and clear. It would be cool if you can attach reminders to more than just a customer name, too. Like associate a ticket/estimate/invoice...

  18. Allow Customers to Update Their Billing Info

    I would love for my customers to be able to log into their profile and view/edit any of their contact information, especially as it relates to billing. It would also be great if they could view/edit/add payment methods (PayPal, credit card(s), ect).

    As a bonus it may also be cool to see a simple check box of "save card on file" when customers are paying their invoices via credit card online.

  19. Followup - To Do system for entire staff

    Hello~

    It would be great to be able to keep an entire team up to date on any special "to-do's" or "follow-ups" that are required. Think of it like a pin up/sticky note system that your entire staff can easily see and update.

    Currently, we can only setup reminders for ourselves... as good as we all are... sometimes having other's be able to see these reminders can help get task done if someone falls behind.

    The more collective we are... the better we are~ Kind of like the Borg :)

  20. Reminder button in ticket and customer view.

    This button would allow reminders to be place on the calendar and in the reminder section. Allowing for easy follow ups without creating ticket just yet.

    This can also be merged with the Appointment button, but with an options menu; appointment or reminder or followup.
