Remove or change [RS] initials in Calendar subject entries
Our office has three Field Techs that share calendar appointments between each other and no matter who's appointment it is, the subject always has an [RS] before it. What would be more helpful is if we could have each Tech's initials at the beginning to differentiate who's appoint ment it is, or just remove the RS altogether and have us customize each subject on our own. I have this problem as well. We have an automated system that reminds clients of appointments and it pulls the name from the subject line. Now it appears the client's first name is "RS"
