Different Size Labels
I find the standard 3 inch label a bit too large to inconspicuously place on my customers computers. I also like to label other items that come in like bags and ac adapters to make sure they don't get mixed up with other jobs. I suggest that another smaller label size be instituted. Perhaps 2-3/7" X 1-1/7" I've tried printing to this with my Brother QL-710w, in a plethora of different configurations, landscape/portrait flipped in RS and in the print settings, and it always prints the wrong direction on the label. It works just find when I save the PDF and print. Here is a link to the labels I'm suggesting http://houselabels.com/brother-dk-1209-4
Today we released the ability to customize labels including the size of the label. More info at the link below.

Repairshopr only shows DYMO 450 as a supported label printer. Are brother printers supported? I suggest really getting feedback from customers and update your supported printer list as many of us use brother and Dymo is not available in every country.

The labels are a basic necessity and feature that almost every single RS user will need at one point. It seems like this feature is something worth adding a little bit of development time towards. Please give us the options to print whatever size barcode we want, it's definitely something you'd be able to do, so let's get started on it @troy, please?

Currently I don't use the label printing function as again the ones you have a choice of are to large.
When booking in phones for repair the labels are enormous.
Can we please have the options for small labels. -

we are about to start using Repair Shopr, but this is holding me back, I need to print out product labels, but the size that repair shopr defaults too is way too big.

just to add my thoughts on this. Indeed great idea....
Also, Brother continuous labels do work to a degree. I have set a thermal and also a brother ql 570 to print Ticket Receipts. Then we peel part of it and attach to Laptop edges etc, so we can see at a glance what is needed.
To get it working with CloudPrint, install the Windows CloudPrint Connector. Took some tweaking of the windows printer properties for the QL, but got there in the end!

The current label (customer) is too big in my opinion especially if we want to label smaller items like power chargers. Just a small basic one with customer details would do me - maybe a small company logo

This ticket idea is duplicated a couple times....

I would like to see this option as well. It would also be nice if you could use one size label for everything so we don't need to change Labels for printing inventory or client tags....

@Troy,
Is it a lot of work to add an option for us to choose our preferred label size from a drop down list? It seems everyone has their own preference for label sizes, and it should be as easy as adding a section in Printers to specify which paper size you'd like the PDF to render.
Pleaseeeeeeeeee :)

@Matthew - I have the EXACT same issue. I bought 3 of the Brother QL-710nw printers and highly prefer the DK-1209 labels. They are the perfect size and come out to $0.006/label on the roll of 800 - great minds think alike!
To make your post a bit more clear, the only issue is when using CloudPrint (which we do for everything else) which doesn't transmit page orientation to certain devices. There's a ton of forum posts on Google about the issue, but CloudPrint is still technically "beta" so they don't really have to fix it because they're lazy.
This may be as easy as adding an option to "Render PDFs by 90 degrees" in the CloudPrint settings of RS. But ideally we could select our preferred label size in RS. There's tons of paper sizes for all these printers, and RS only supports two. Hell, you and I would at least be held over if they just added 2.5 x 1.1 as a third option.
Best. Label Size. Ever.

Yes, the ability to customize the size of various labels would be great. We have ZDesigner TLP 2824 that we are trying to get working with RepairShopr ...
