Track customer click through on tickets, invoices, estimates
It would be wonderful to have the ability to see when a customer clicks through to the customer portal or views an invoice, etc. Track ip address and date/time of when it was viewed. This would help with knowing if a customer did receive e-mailed invoices, estimates, etc.
We have a simple version of this on estimates/invoices now, and something started for tickets.

Has there been any update on this? The comment by Troy is that was deployed to invoices, but I don't see the feature in my portal.

i use this feature with freshbooks every day and its great. i would move completely over to RS if this was active.

I will agree with this. It was very nice feature within my old platform. I imagine this would be done via tracking pixels of some sort?
