Add the ability to change the Device Widget sections headings to be suitable for computer repairs.

The Device Widget is great, but things like colour, network aren't really applicable to PC in takes. Same for console repairs. We have the icons ready to go, but not the right section headings. This has been mentioned before but was marked as complete:


Can this be re-addressed?

    Can we make these categories custom to whatever repairs are being done?
    For eg we repair Projectors and CD Players etc so 'Network/Color' are not typical descriptions.

    Been waiting for this update for ages to Relaunch the widget onto our website :)

    An update would be great! I am also very interested in this feature. Also ability to rename device widgets. (I can't seem to figure out how to do that currently.)

    Re-readdressing its been 2+ years since the planned update. Can we get an update on the planned update. This is a pretty crucial tool.

    Ive commented on the other thread, We are a DJ equipment repair business and network , color aren't really categories we can utilise well.

    This would be really helpful as we have the network in a custom drop down the network prints on the ticket.

    Is it possible in the meantime to print the network on the ticket from the Heading (Network)

    We were just looking at this as well to speed up our intake process. We could almost make it work, but it needs a few more customizations.

    Additionally, to use this for computer repairs, a section for the customer to agree to the terms and conditions would be needed.

    Yes agreed, been waiting forever for this update its the only thing keeping me from paying for it. Ive been using all other aspects when I can, but if I'm paying for something I'd like it to be customizable so that it could fit my business, paying for something and being restricted sucks lol still best repair software I know of.

    I'm using this software more for general type repairs where things like "network" and "color" don't necessarily apply to the item being repaired. It would be nice to be able to rename these to something more applicable to the specific device.
