Option To Force an Asset on a Ticket
Would be good to see an extra option in Admin / Ticket Settings that either forces an Asset or perhaps just the ability to be prompted for an asset if one is not assigned. I can see it being easy for staff to skip straight past having to click on asset when they're busy. The ability to enable a prompt/reminder to include an asset when it's left blank on a new ticket could be useful just in case they did skip it. Not sure if there could be times where it would end up being a pain though.
This would be so helpful. Also Alerts would be nice before we try to close out a ticket.
Likewise but also have the ability for the customer to choose an existing asset as they create a ticket from the portal. In this case it would be optional unless they have the ability to also create a new asset.

my guys forget to add the assests all the time! Drives me bonkers lol PLEASE can we have an option to make this mandatory :)
I like this idea, I always forget to add assets to ticket. All our workshop jobs require this. I would like to see it as an option connected to "Custom Field Types"
I was looking for the same feature. Totally agree. We need that every ticket have an asset and the staff will forget to assign an asset if the system doesn't force to do it.
