Hello, When making a "New Ticket Comment" you select your "Update Subject" I think one of the items in here should be "Update"
Sometimes we just want to email our client an update on their repair, and it doesn't really fall under any of the other categories.

We would also like to modify the Subject for Ticket Comment updates. An "Update" one would be good, but the ability to customize ourselves would be best.

It would be good to be able to edit the update types.
