Add the ability to add more fields to the 'devices widget'

Let us put, for example, manufacturers, etc.

This would let people select that they had a mobile phone, then the manufacturer, then the model, IE,

Mobile > Blackberry > Blackberry Bold 9000 > Black > Orange > Problems

    I'd like to completely customize the field names for this. We don't repair cell phones, we repair gas detectors, and this thing is just sitting here taunting us at this point because we can ALMOST use it without confusing customers but not quite.

    Now if you empty the options under for example network it is still visible as a step above but will step over once there. It would be better to remove the step completely as it has no options.

    I would like to see a notes field option as well. Sometimes the client may have multiple issues and need to explain something.

    I'd also like to see this. I would like to remove "Network" and be able to add a section for notes, in case the client mentions something else we should check while repairing, or anything else relevant.
