Integration with LogMeIn Rescue Remote Support Software
LogMeIn Rescue is long standing Remote Support Software used by many companies both small and large. They have an API available here https://secure.logmeinrescue.com/helpdesk/integration/apis.aspx for integration. This would allow the data between LogMeIn Rescue to be synched into RepairShopr for quicker, easier management of clients. I think this would be a great addition to RepairShopr and in my case make it a completely fluent streamlined system.

LogMeIn is a great tool and to be able to merge notes and history to a specific ticket would be excellent. Especially because they offer the mobile support option as well for cell phone repair.

FWIW, we ended up switching to ScreenConnect, and it's been good!

I've been using Logmein Rescue for years. It was disappointing to see Teamviewer integrated with no option for LMIR. I hope this is integrated. It would really help streamline our current workflow. Thanks, Repairshopr Team! You guys are wonderful.

This would be great. If we could have a way for subscriptions as well. For instance, 12 months of remote support and that could integrate to logmeinrescue.
