I would love to be able to create Insurance Assessment/Quote
Would like to be able to have a button to click to create an insurance assessment with the Estimates and Invoice buttons within the ticket. so then i can change the status to Insurance Assessed and can find the Insurance Assessment with the invoices and estimates under that customer.
This is probably farther off for us so we’re going to decline this for now and revisit in the future.

A Shame that you declined it would like to see something like this also , we can do up to 10 insurance assessments are now a huge part of day to day existence for a lot of repair shops some they are always a complicated beast you onboard the customer but bill separately the insurer , having to make sure all tickets linked and your billing the right branch on insurance company and always fishing around for excess amounts that are delivered via emails seperate to the system. And then if your lucky enough to keep the remains of the device tracking all of that etc. I could elaborate a lot more I have a lot of ideas on this subject.
