Customizeable Dashboard widgets

Would like to see the ability to customize the widgets on the dashboard with custom criteria and to be able to drag and drop and arrange them.

And example of this is Brightgauge.com

    Domo integration should help me as a CEO, but I use the dashboard for my techs.

    I would like to be able to have the top info off and add colored stripe for the tech who had the last contact with the ticket. With this change my floor people could answer the easy questions faster, and pass calls to techs faster.

    yes please! I would like to expand the reminders for employees to read each morning, but it's so small and you have to scroll down a bit to even see them.

    It would be cool to see certain reports show up on the dashboard along with current tickets that have yet to be resolved. The current tickets that have yet to be resolved, I think, is the most necessary option to have on the dashboard!

    Yes this is critical for us!
    I have no votes left!

    Our customers can see the main screen so we want to remove the reminders & stats etc from the main dashboard screen and basically only have the Get Started section.
    And no the kiosk or customer screen are no good as they don't ask for the same info as when logging a ticket from a tech login.

    I agree! Our old PSA Dashboard displayed bar charts which allowed us to quickly compare this months figures to the previous 12-months figures:
    - New Clients
    - Referrals
    - Income / Revenue
    - Total Jobs / Tickets
    - Current Jobs per Technician etc

    This feature may be more beneficial than taking up valuable screen space outlining new features/bug fixes. ;)
