It would be nice to have the ability to have attachments specific to assets

        Yes this would be amazing and save to much time. Instead of having to hunt down the ticket that the issues was on. We could just have the pictures on the asset. We could also attach a pic of the asset model and serial because in our field the equipment labels come off.

        We need this feature as well. For liability/insurance/familiarity reasons, we would love to be able to attach photos, warranty documentation, receipts, etc to assets.

        We would like this so we could "profile" individual PC's for customers with multiple systems. That way when a customer calls with an issue we can reference it, or if there was pre-exsisting damage we can attach pictures to the unit itself.

        For an auto shop this is very important, there are some documents that we need to attach to the asset itself (a vehicle in this case), such as the vehicle registration, the history report, insurance report and official repair authorization for vehicles involved in accidents, this is tied to the asset itself, not to the customer.

        There are some scenarios in our field of work that makes the asset attachment a must, for instance vehicles change ownership, right now we have to delete attachments from old owner and reattach them to the new owner.

        Another scenario is a customer with more than one vehicle, since documents are not attached to the assets we can't know which document is for which vehicle without examining them, which again takes time and effort.

        This is really a needed feature for our type of business.

        Definite a BIG plus to be able to attach any type of file to an asset, or at least a txt or jpg. Already doing it with the tickets.

        Yes having the ability of being able to attach an asset inventory report for installed hardware and software would serve us.

        This would be a major plus for me as a small MSP. I'm sure all of the MSP guys would greatly appreciate some development for asset tracking.

        Some documents need to attached every time we create ticket for the particular asset. if we can attach those document to the asset, it dose not need to repeat at every time ticket create.
