Solve all custom report requests - Give us the Ability to Create our Own Reports!
It would be awesome to be able create our own reports.
Give us all the variables and then let us create our own custom reporting just like you have given us the flexibility to create our own templates (email and other)
This would create a flexible reporting system where we create what we want to see. It would also put us in charge of all design/math/and labeling.
Domo is now live in the RepairShopr App Center. This provides much more power for running reports, applying date filters, exporting to various formats (Excel, Powerpoint, PDF), drilling down into additional cross-sections of data, and downloading more raw data. While not all customization is available, we can now iterate very quickly to generate additional reports. Let us know what you’re looking to see!

I would like this re-opened as it is not exactly completed. Domo is not a viable solution and is more of a fancy UI for graphing. RepairShopr desperately needs a custom report builder (selecting pre-defined fields from available tables) and running a report with basic exports available.
I don't think we should be forced to pay another business to access our data that is already held within RepairShopr that we already pay for.

I love the customer page, and would like to see it in a printable/export report. It would have a summary of ALL of their info for a date range. Is this possible with DOMO? I've poked around but have not found it as of yet.

You should see a card for Domo in the app center and should also have a tab for it as well.

I would love to see a report where I can get average customer spend for business and personal customers, how often a customer spent, when they last spent and if they were once off's.
This data is the key to how we market to our customers and grow our business.

I 100% agree. The information I want is in RepairShopr but I have no way of accessing it. Not to mention many of the current reports are extremely basic. For example, the P&L report only shows the overall numbers... A P&L should show categories so I know whats making me money and whats costing me money. I would also like to be able to see the time to resolve split up by technician and don't want to have to wait months (or maybe forever) to get the report made by RS. Please make get this done asap. I see it was updated almost a year ago to "under review" so I will not get my hopes up.
