Expanding the Contact Module
I work with a number of small businesses with multiple employees and often the primary contact isn't the business owner but rather the Office Manager.
It would be great if a contact module could be added where not only are the eMail and phone number details stored but also custom entries like the contacts login credentials for their PC, eMail, Dropbox account etc. The ability to select the contacts computer and mobile device from the company assets list would also be useful.
In this way the Customer page could be reserved for site wide details such as the public static IP addresses, domain admin password, ISP details and web hosting details. To make this optional for businesses that require it you could make it so that the basic contact is created automatically during the customer creation page but if subsiquant contacts are created then the ability to flag that contact as primary or business owner are unlocked and as the primary contact changes over time altering the primary contact in the list updates the contact page.
Another great feature would be if the contact had their own login allowing them to see their contact card with passwords that they could then update. I'd be interested in tying the login into dSS as a self service portal. Users would also have access to their tickets but only the primary contact would have access to all tickets.
We have heavily revised the Contact section of the app since this was posted. Contacts have almost the same functionality now that the Customer level has.

As of right now I have been doing this with The asset manager, its not perfect but gets us by for the time. So something like what is recommended above would be a great improvement
