I suggest you ...

Customer Appointment Scheduling

Add ability to customer check in/broken wizard/customer portal to allow customers to select a specific date and time to schedule an appointment - on the backend allow for specific techs to be assigned or just a general que. On the customer profile page just a simple form that asks the issue/appointment reason, date, time and schedule. A more advanced version could also have the option to require an advanced/partial deposit before it can be booked.

Is there any progress on this? We are expanding our business and most likely our current software will fall short, so we are looking at RepairShopr again, which we really, really like, bit the booking system really has to integrated into the booking wizard. Please bring me good news :D

Why isnt the bookingplugin combined with the device wizard?
As i can see nomatter what solution you choose you have to give up some functionality.

The repair wizard has no booking feature, no prices, only device and costumer name.
The booking form has no devices, no prices.

    Both are only half descent.

    Heres what im thinking:
Combine the two plugins, make the forms customizable so we can choose how it looks (the buttons are ugly as ****)

To get this software to the top there is also a few other things:
I want to be able to add a "page" for ex. iPhone 5 repair, where i can list all available repairs for the iphone 5 with information and prices, and links for direct booking.

A month further and unfortunately nothing has changed. I do hope this wel be developed into a proper functioning module, similar to Appointy, Setster and Supersaas booking systems.

I checked it out and it's a start. What def needs to be added:
    - opening hours specific per day
    - setting of time slots (1 hour atm?)
    - html code (or script) to embed in website (preferably no iframe)
    - most important of all: this needs to be seamlessly integrated with the repair leads widget, if not it's basically useless to me.

If all these demands are met, I'll sign up for the paid plan in a heartbeat.

Would love to see this intergrated soon. Any info as to the status of this suggestion?

I would love this feature. The increase in repairs lately can have customers frustrated if we are unable to get to it right away. A customer easily scheduling the appointment online, via a phone call, and notifying techs of when to expect the appointment I believe are the questions to ask. I am sure you guys can do it!

This would be awesome to have customers to be able to book their own times from a set of open times I create ahead of time. Scheduling can be a nuisance.

It would be excellent to have customer appointment scheduling built into RepairShopr, I am surprised it is already not included. If it is not something that RepairShopr can do then please make an integration for Setster http://www.setster.com/developers
